Wouldn't it suck to have a job where nobody likes you? And, regardless of your name, people always call you Rita, as in Lovely Rita? Sometimes people just shorten it to the simpler meter maid. The funny thing about that is the Webster dictionary defines a meter maid as a female member of a police department who is assigned to write tickets for parking violations. You have to wonder how the male meter maids feel about that! Parking Violation is an American style pale ale using lots of American hops and several trips back and forth to the parking lot. So remember to drink responsibly and feed your meter.

In San Diego, we’re not known for our partridges or pears but we can all relate to those noisy parrots and their relentless “caroling”. Parrot in a Palm Tree is a robust Baltic Porter brewed especially for the Holidays. Aged two months in San Pasqual Tawny Port barrels, the resulting brew isn’t for the birds. This winter warmer boasts a complex bouquet of dark fruits, espresso and chocolate, with hints of oak in its warming finish. Raise a glass to 2010 or save a bottle as this limited release will age with the best of them.

Partly Sunny is a hazy-straw colored wheat beer brewed with coriander, and generous amounts of orange and lemon zest. It’s fermented with our house yeast strain to make it a crisp and refreshing summer ale!It’s a light and refreshing beer with a subtle spicy start and a smooth citrus finish.

Dry and juicy farmhouse style IPA fermented entirely with a blend of Brettanomyces. We’ve also used 9 different hops includin: El Dorado, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Citra. It’s floral and has a dry, light body with tropical notes of ripe cantaloupe and citrus.

Parti-gyle small beer, where the mash from a strong beer is used a second time to make the wort for a lower-alcohol small beer.

Hop forward with Cascade hops, yet still balanced. Hits you with a tangerine aroma, and then finishes smooth. It's as refreshing as winning the Rose Bowl. Made exclusively with hops from Top Hops Farms here in Michigan.
