Tropical IPA w/ Azacca and Equinox

Light american style pale ale brewed to a session strength of 3.7% but retaining body and depth and an intense hop character from the columbus, chinook, and mosaic hops.

It’s our own slice of paradise. It’s a summer blonde with a twist – literally. You see, we’ve added plenty of dried grapefruit rind along with Sterling and Willamette hops. The result is a refreshing grapefruit aromatic with a clean citrus finish. It’s the perfect patio beer for summer.

Citra based, wheat pale ale

Parapet ESB is a balanced English Pale Ale brewed with all English Hops and English Barley. The malt backbone shines and is complimented by the floral, earthiness of the hops. Drinkability is key in this beer and can be enjoyed for any occasion.

This is a pale, brass colored beer that is well balanced, fruity and moderately spicy. It has a soft, smooth malt backbone and a relatively light hop character. The malt, hops and special yeast all work together to make an approachable, palatable Belgian style beer. It has an orange peel crispness and a ripened banana-like fruitiness with a light body and mouth feel.

The production of the traditional 19 beer – Pardubice Porter – began in 1891 by brewmaster Alois Šimonek, the creator of the original recipe according to which the beer has been brewed up to these days. Mixing fout carefully chosen types fo malts, maturation period three times longer than in conventional lagers, and other special production processes in manufacturing results in PORTER beer with its characteristic dark, almost black, thick foam and distinguished by a very delicate, sweet malt taste.
