PERIHELION CRIMSON SAISON Perihelion is the closest approach of a planet to the sun. This Saison is brewed for summertime refreshment. A full malt flavor is accentuated by the spicy Belgian yeast flavors. Hopped to balance with Sterling hops. Crimson refers to the Rhubarb used to add a tart character to the beer.

This is a true dopplebock and Dark Horse Brewing’s only publicly distributed lager. It was so normal that we couldn’t stand it so we made it into a coffee dopplebock. We use fare trade organic coffee from our friends at The Ugly Mug Cafe in Ypsilanti, MI

Anyway, we use fare trade organic coffee from our friends at The Ugly Mug Cafe in Ypsilanti, MI We did a lable contest and opened it up to the public for this beer. We had so many awesome entries that we couldn't just pick one winner so we have 2 lables for this beer. We stager the bottles in the six packs but with no order in mind. I have to find the digital img for the other lable and get it posted here. Sorry.

Permanent Daylight is a bright juicy fruity IPA featuring Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand alongside American Citra and Centennial hops. Citrus and pine alongside tropical fruit flavors reminiscent of white wine grapes.

Pernicious is our flagship India Pale Ale. With minimum malt complexity, we dry hop this beer with nearly twice the normal amount of hops typical to this style. The combination of juicy, tropical fruit-forward hops with heavy, resinous American hops is the epitome of a West Coast IPA, made right here in the Southeast.

Classic light beer formerly designated as „a ten- percent beer“. it has a medium-full flavour and aroma are achieved by the exclusive use of Czech hops. It perfectly meets the requirement for a pleasant refreshing drink.

The pale lager is made from top-quality ingredients by a proven technology. The period of maturation, i.e. after-fermentation, ensures high and standard quality of a light beer intended primarly for pleasant moments with beer and the satisfaction of taste requirements of even zhe most demanding consumer group.

Vilém 11 is brewed from the best domestic raw materials with pleasant hoppy bitter flavour and smell and with the reasonable volume of alcohol. Its strong flavour and higher foaminess belong to its standard features. Its qualities classify this beer into the range for demanding consumers.

Pero’s beer is a 4.5% abv Amber Ale brewed with this taboo ingredient, brought through Bristol’s port in array of forms: muscovado, demerara, molasses, jaggery, white sugar, brown sugar, palm sugar, lactose and golden syrup. We made syrups, caramelised it, burnt it and fermented it, leaving little residual sugar but imparting deep toasted caramel flavours and enhancing the rich malts.

With over 70 IBUs, one would expect a bitter hoppy beer, but Perpetual Darkness balances the hops with the complexity of the darker malts, alcohol and esters, and a Belgian yeast that loves this cocktail. Leave your expectations behind as you enjoy this blend of six sweet malts, four flavorful hops, and complexities that the Belgian monks would appreciate.

Raspberry Blonde: saving marriages since September of 2012. A light, crisp, and sweet fruit beer with a wet kiss of raspberries.

Apples make cider and pears make perry, although in Australia you’ll quite often see perries labelled as “pear ciders.” We’ve decided to stick with the more traditional English name for our perry. Pears are naturally high in a sugar alcohol, sorbitol, that does not ferment out so perries are always sweeter and creamier and lower in alcohol than ciders. The current batch is made from 90% beurre bosc pears, giving this perry a great texture, with 10% golden delicious apple blended in to add a spicy, apple pie flavour. Most commercial perries are made with pear flavouring, giving a distinctive pear drop / ginger character, so if you haven’t tried a real perry before we think you’ll be surprised how good they are.

Seckel, Starkrimson and Forelle pears combine to form a woodsy, acidic semi-sweet Perry with notes of brandy and candied pears.

A new sour blend chosen from select barrels to reflect our never ending pursuit and passion for perfection in every bottle. Cellared a further six months before being offered for sale. As always; unfiltered, unpasturized and naturally delicious. Not a single beer, but rather a journey into taste!
