A balance of cynical adolescent brewing fun mixed with old world traditions, this Belgian Farmhouse style inspired ale is loaded with aromatics of Tangerine and Peach followed by a rich flavour blend of rye malt and clove, finished by a slight black pepper corn spice, Holden likes to pair it with our cheese plate.

Enhancing the traditional saison aromas of peppercorns and bright fruit, adding crushed white peppercorns brings earthy and funky flavors while pink peppercorns are bright and vibrant. Secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces Claussenii enhances these pepper notes before a dry, quenching finish.

This Peppermint Victory at Sea is a festive take on our popular Imperial Porter. We took our trademark robust porter brewed with Caffe Calabria coffee and vanilla and added a dose of refreshing peppermint. The trio of flavors play perfectly on your palate – the brew’s sweet roasting balances nicely with a cool, minty finish.

This Robust Porter was brewed with Percolated Guatemalan Coffee from the Commonplace Coffee Co. in Squirrel Hill, PA.

A harmonious marriage of fruit and beer. Distinctively fruity

In Normandy, France, cider has been made on the farm for over a thousand years. Apples were carried from orchard to barn by cart, drawn by a big, grey horse--a percheron. The apples were milled and pressed into juice through straw--driven by that same horse--then fermented with wild yeast in used wine barrels. The resulting farm cider, or cidre fermier, was rustic and complex, with notes of both the farm and barrel. Percheron Cidre Fermier is dedicated to the big, beautiful horse of Normandy. Like its French cousin, it bears the unmistakable scent of the farm, a strong body, and a gentle finish.

Brewed with loads of malt and Belgian yeast, Pere Jacques is a wonderfully fruity, malty ale. Pere Jacques’ complex flavors stand shoulder to shoulder with the Belgian Dubbels enjoyed in the world’s finest beer bars. At the dining table it’s the perfect alternative to a glass of vintage port.

A traditional German style Pilsner. Straw colored and moderately hopped, this beer is brilliantly clear with a lacy white head. Two Row base malts, and Munich lager yeast lend to its clean flavor, light body, and crisp, dry finish.

This Czechoslovakian style Pilsner is golden in color and hopped with a bunch of genuine Czechoslovakian Saaz hops. These hops provide a special floral aroma and a delightfully hoppy finish. Peregrine Falcons were recently reintroduced to the Harrisburg area as well as other large cities in Pennsylvania. This Falcon is one of the fastest birds, reaching speeds in excess of 200 miles per hour. Its unique ability to rid urban areas of its nemesis, the pigeon, has cities throughout the region clamoring for the Peregrine as a permanent resident.

This Dry Hopped American Ale made with the finest grains, hops and filtered water. Grains consist of pale malt, with hints of caramel and honey malt. Aromatic Simcoe and Chinnok hops round out this malty yet easy drinking American Ale. IBU’s are set at 25 making this 5.4 abv. a refreshing clean tasting beer

This upright citizen is pleasant company on a warm sunny afternoon. Brewed with all Czech Saaz hops, it has a crisp hop profile with a lightly sweet finish.

Here we have allowed our potent cardiac heater "Idjit!" Mature a few months in oak barrels to take up its round shape in the aroma. Wood and vanilla tones from the barrel completes the perfection. Enjoyed in small glasses with moderation.
