This Autumn Ale is brewed and double dry-hopped exclusively with Nugget hops. The malt gives it a gentle, biscuity background that blends with the Nugget hops for a warm, crisp finish.

This is Scarlet Lane's IRT Holiday Stout that was bottled a small amount for the brewery Tap House. The "Phantom" is the label we use for all, random Tap House only beers.

Blend of cranberry, pomegranate mead and apple cider.

This beer has a base of a belgo style pale ale. The malts are simple, creating a basic pale ale, while the yeast imparted a Belgian character. We used fresh cascade hops that have a delicate floral/citrus character that blends with the yeast character.

Phantom is a true west coast IPA. Potent notes of citrus and pine dominate the nose gooseberry, grapefruit on the palate with restrained bitterness result from huge whirlpool additions of Mosaic, Belma and Amarillo hops.

Baxter has named its winter stout in celebration of Lewiston’s 1965 Ali/Liston heavyweight championship. “Phantom Punch” is a Foreign Extra Stout with a hearty 6.8% ABV; enough to warm up winter gatherings, but not too much to prevent sipping a few by the fire. Its deep black hue and rich tan head compliment the full, but not overly-heavy body. Roasted and toasted malts dominate the flavor, with hints of caramel and strong notes of chocolate. Meanwhile, roasted organic cocoa nibs reinforce the malty chocolate flavors, while real vanilla beans suggest a touch of sweetness without weighing down the brew. Lastly, Phantom Punch has just enough British hops to balance the stout’s maltiness, but this is Baxter’s least hoppy beer to-date.

Phantom Ship is an exciting Belgian-style tripel aged in bourbon barrels. Goldenrod in color with a dense head and creamy mouthfeel, this robust, bold brew presents phenolic flavors of white pepper and peach skin from the warm fermentation, along with vanilla and subtle spiciness from the bourbon-barrel aging.

After months of brewery confinement we have taken off the ankle bracelet and let the beer go free! Don’t worry this is one brew you will want to be caught drinking. At 7% abv. this unfiltered golden farmhouse ale with flavors of lemon and green peppercorn will hold your taste buds captive and your pallet under arrest.

A deep mahogany abbey-style ale made with Trappist yeast and dark Belgian candy sugar for a traditional, malty Trappist character. Rich and complex with flavors of toffee, caramel, dried fruits, and subtle woodsy notes. Spicy hops and medium carbonation balance the sweetness for a very drinkable ale at 8% ABV. Belgian trappist monks have been brewing big, delicious, malty ales since the 11th century. Dubbels and Tripels are high gravity brews made with Belgian candy sugar. Triples are bigger, drier and lighter in color while Dubbels are darker, sweeter, and a bit more mild. Trappist-style ales brewed in secular breweries are known as Abbey Ales.

Phat Bottom is another collaboration with our friends from RAR Brewing. This Imperial Berliner Weisse has been infused with loads of Hidden Rose Apples offering a tart and subtlety sweet flavor with characteristics of strawberry lemonade. The interior flesh of the Hidden Rose Apple provides a crisp and juicy 6% ABV vibrant pink color ale.

This IPA comes to life with all the right hops and brings them to the center stage. Northwestern American varieties spin together seamlessly to create a perfect hop profile of citrus and tropical fruit. Balanced by a back beat with just the right amount of malt to remain hop forward, this one hits all the right notes. An IPA that has exceptional nose and flavor characteristics, aimed at the West-coast styled IPA drinker.

The people of St. Petersburg began enjoying Imperial Stout when it was brought to Russia from England in 1698. This beer quickly became the favorite drink of Catherine the Great. The English brewers made the beer strong so that it wouldn’t spoil or freeze on the journey across the Baltic Sea. Today, Carolina Brewery carries on the tradition of this rich brew by using only the best English roasted malts and plenty of Fuggle and Golding hops.

We created Philadelphia Runner’s Ale to commemorate The Philly 10K on September 6th. The 6.2 mile race runs through the heart of the city starting on East Passyunk Avenue. The race winds through a dozen Philly neighborhoods past row homes, markets and restaurants. Philadelphia Runner’s Ale is a 4.5% session IPA that will be available on draft only at the Post Race Street Festival on East Passyunk and at participating bars and restaurants. A research study conducted by Dr. Manuel J Castillo, Professor of Medical Physiology School of Medicine at the University of Grenada discovered that beer has positive re hydration effects after physical exertion. It has become a tradition here in Philadelphia for some running clubs to enjoy a beer at the end of a run by toasting “To the professor!”. We hope you will toast the professor while enjoying our latest creation.

There’s nothing like the bold, brash spirit of a city to inspire a great craft brew. But two cities? We didn’t know what would happen when Baltimore’s Heavy Seas Beer and Philly’s Yards Brewing Company were asked to create this year’s SAVOR collaboration beer together. Well, the proof is in the pale ale. Aged on white oak, Philtimore is both crisp and fruity; English-inspired and American hopped. A true collaboration. Next on our list? Crab cake cheesesteaks.

Phoenix dactylifera is a the genus name for the date palm tree which has long been cultivated for its edible sweet fruit. Phoenix Vienna lager is brewed with German Pilsner, Vienna, Carapils malts, and locally grown Medjoul Dates which are added to the boil. Subtle German Noble hop bitterness provides balance and crisp flavor, with notes of toffee, dates and figs shining through into the finish. Phoenix is fermented with a Mexican Lager yeast and then lagered for an additional 60 days the result is a quaffable malt forward lager with an influence of Medjool Dates for a uniquely local Coachella Valley flavor. Pairs extremely well with spicy foods including bbq, and of course all Mexican food. Phoenix is a mythical bird cyclically regenerated and reborn symbolizing renewal, and exemplifying the intense Coachella Valley sun, as well as life in a heavenly Paradise. With that we thought of no better offering that would embody one of the most prized offerings of the Coachella Valley date growers, so enjoy Phoenix again and again and again.

This winter seasonal rises out of the great ales of the UK. Brewed with a distinctively American attitude, Phoenixx features traditional English Crystal malt which gives it subtle notes of toffee and caramel. Yet with this ale, it’s all about the hops. Made from a blend of English hops, highlighted by the Phoenix hop variety from Kent, this special brew’s signature is its complex and strong hop character. This winter, taste an English-inspired beer that’s been reborn a Texan.

This Imperial Red was brewed with Warrior, Mosaic and Amarillo Hops. Additionally we dry hopped in the conditioning tank with over 14 lbs. of additional hops. A Crooked Ladder favorite, and our original high gravity beer of our new high gravity series of beers we plan on producing.
