Persian Tripel

Our take on the Trappist tradition includes adding exotic spices to this golden ale — their subtle earthiness rounds the notes of citrus and ripe bananas to create a complex, yet smooth ale.

Persimmon Ale

Creamy, elegant, silky, with a blend of fruity and spicy cideriness. This does not taste like pie spice like so many fruit beers, because it is brewed with pounds and pounds of fresh Fuyu and Hachiya persimmons. An autumnal delight.

Persimmon Gose

The Gose is a very old, tart, German wheat style that provides you with a slightly sweet and earthy undertone along with a minimal salinity. We have focused on keeping this interpretation as close to tradition as possible, while still adding an interesting twist. Composed with Red Hawaiian Sea Salt and Persimmon puree, this brew is quite tart with tons of fruity flavors and aromas.

Perverse Sexual Amalgam

Funky, wild and tart. Some things don't seem right but you want them anyway. That quasi-erotic feeling you get when Charlton Heston makes out with Zira the chimp. Sure, she reluctantly says "All right, but you're so damned ugly...." But you know she's into it. And as with all things a bit perverted, so are you. This beer is released every now and then... Perła Baltic Porter

Perła Porter Bałtycki is obtained in bottom fermenting process. Its rich aged taste results from the perfectly estimated length of the conditioning process, which is almost nine months. Deep dark colour and creamy, thick white head distinct the beer from other beverages of this type available on the market. Its aroma is dominated by roasted malts, whereas its unique flavour results from original composition of such aromas as chocolate, caramel, and coffee. Natural sweetness is perfectly balanced with bitterness of two varieties of hops: Lublin and Marynka. Apart from water, yeast, and hop, Perła Porter Bałtycki consists of six different varieties of malt: pale ale, dark caramel, aromatic, pale caramel, and colouring malt. Perła Porter Bałtycki can be served with dark chocolate, fruit, and desserts, especially the ones that contain pear. The rich taste of Perła Porter Bałtycki can be enhanced not only by cooling the beverage to 8ᵒ – 12ᵒ C but also serving it in special beer glassware, perfectly in a tulip glass.

Perła Niepasteryzowana (Non-pasteurized)

Perła Niepasteryzowana (Non-pasteurized) is a unique beer, proudly referring to the old times and the unforgettable traditions of the Lubelskie region brewing. Its recipe developed to the minutest of details, the brewing process based on the special variety of Pilsen malt, and the hops of the Lubelskie region provide beer lovers with its unrivaled great taste.
Owing to the unique process of filtration we have eliminated the need for pasteurization and beer conservation. And although as a result of such actions the beer has a shorter expiry date, it is the reason why Perła Niepasteryzowana (Non-pasteurized) does not lose its attributes, retaining its fresh natural character.

Pescado Rojo Grande

Pescado Rojo Grande Pescado Rojo started from our Red Fish recipe and we upped the malt bill and really upped the hopping rate, hence the Grande. In collaboration with the folks at Jose Cuervo, we aged the beer in oak barrels that formerly held Jose Cuervo Tradicional. The barrel aging adds hints of oak, agave, and vanilla that complement the rich carmel malts to create a one of a kind hoppy, robust beer. Peter's Mild

Peter’s Mild is brewed to commemorate the life of Peter Austin, founder of the Ringwood Brewery and innovator in the development of modern craft/micro-brewed beer in England. Ruby-tan in color with a fluffy off-white head, this classic English mild ale bears an American influence, with its generous, yet judicious, hop profile. The flavor and aroma hold layers of malt depth, from toasted bread and hazelnut spread to chocolate-covered salted caramel, glossed-over by gently herbal, fruity hops. Our carefully-selected hops and malt conspire to compliment and contrast simultaneously, each slightly out-balancing the other, leaving a sense of intrigue after each sip. Arcadia’s house Ringwood-style yeast brings with it a pleasantly aromatic English influence, with notes of overripe strawberries, dark pie cherries, and exotic stone fruit. All in all, this is an eminently drinkable, “moorish” pint of ale that compels the drinker to dive deeper into its coppery depths, and particularly enjoyable on cask or served “real”.

Petit Obscura

Telegraph Petit Obscura is a small beer brewed from the sour-mash second runnings of a batch of our Rhinoceros Rye Wine. Historically, a small beer was brewed as a way of utilizing the remaining sugars that are otherwise lost when making a big, high-gravity beer. With a crisp, fruity, white-wine-like character, our little obscure one is a light-bodied wild ale with a subtle complexity that transcends its humble origins.
