Classic German style pilsner, pale golden in color with a rich creamy head. Our Pilsner is generously hopped with Saphire and Perle to create a clean, dry and refreshingly smooth finish.

Matt's own "Bohemian Rhapsody", featuring traditional ingredients used in a distinctly Northwest recipe. We aged this beer for between six and nine weeks -- two to three times our normal program -- to give our Czech lager yeast enough tie to do its thing, and to allow the flavors to mellow and merge. The result was a hophead's Pilsner that was supremely satisfying.

Based on one of our most popular seasonal brews, this is an unfiltered, clean & balanced pilsner. A generous malt character imparts a slight sweetness which is balanced by a potent hop bitterness, achieved by 3 hefty additions of hop flowers in the boil. A cold fermentation period follows when plenty of hop are steeped in the conditioning tanks creating a floral and spicy aroma. Golden in colour with a dense white head, you will be left with the hoporific effect of having the corners of your mouth go up!

Czech out Redhook’s newest brew. Redhook Pilsner is crisp, golden lager that is modeled after those historic beers originally made in Plzeň, Czechoslovakia. Redhook Pilsner’s maltiness is offset by a medium dose of Saaz hops and finishes with a clean, bright, thirst-quenching quality. A great “session” lager for when you’ve got a long day ahead of drinking.

This Bohemian style Pilsner was brewed with 80% Pilsen malt as well as a touch of light caramel malts to give it a deep golden color. Plenty of Czech Saaz hops were added to the kettle for flavor and aroma as well as a pleasant bitterness to compliment the dry lager.
