The Pineapple bomb is about to drop. Pineapple Nuclear Nugget Imperial Honey IPA is a delicious hop libation. It’s not delicate or subtle. What it is, is a hop head’s dream fulfilled. Pineapple Nuclear Nugget explodes with flavor. Strong pineapple flavor melds together with notes of citrus flowers from Centennial Hops and strong herbal and spice notes are added from Nugget hops. The fallout is somewhat subdued through the generous additions of local Virginia Honey from Bubba's Sweet Nectar from Waynesboro, VA.

Wheat beer with pineapple Kona Tea.

This West Coast IPA is like that sweet little Nordic trail off the main trail of Meissner - it takes the high road. Using Pilsner base malt, it is light on malt but not hops. With a hop bill consisting of Amarillo, Centennial, Northern Brewer, and experimental hop X, we packed in the pine along with the citrus notes we love. Malt: Pilsner, Pale, Munich, Crystal, Carapils Hops: Nugget, Northern Brewer, Chinook, Centennial, Equinox

The "grisette" style, practically disappeared, is restored to the taste of the day by several North American breweries. Derived from the season, which was a beer of farming tradition, grisettes were created by Belgian breweries to meet the thirst of mining workers. Pale, dry, and low in alcohol, the primary goal was to create a refreshing, easy-to-approach beer. This freely inspired version is meant to be digestible, but it presents an extra complexity due to the use of a variety of local cereals and the use of wild yeasts (Brett Drei). It was created and produced in collaboration with our friends Kevin Dwyer and Will Meyers of the Cambridge brewing company of Boston, a pioneer in the field of American wild ales. To be tasted when leaving the mine between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius.

Our flagship beer pours a clear red body with an off-white colored head. Aroma is caramel sweet with floral undertones. Dry-hopping gives subtle floral hop flavors to compliment a smooth caramel malt backbone. A combination of mellow bitterness, candy sweetness and medium body result in a balanced, highly drinkable red ale.

East Bay sour aged in oak barrels. Brettanomyces Bruxellensis primary ferment with lactobacillus, finished with Cascadian raspberries.

Brewed with Pink Grapefruit and Ginger

Fruity and thirst-quenching, sweet yet not sickly, Pink Killer is a beer based on malt, wheat and pink grapefruit, which explains its very unique colour and the hint of bitterness typical of this fruit, in turn quenching the biggest of thirsts with a flavoursome taste.
