Our California Common is a unique 100% American style lager. It’s brewed with a special strain of lager yeast that works beer at warmer temperatures. This method dates back to the late 1800's in California when refrigeration was a great luxury. The brewers back then had to improvise to cool the beer down, so shallow fermenters were used. So the lager yeast was trained to ferment quicker at warmer temperatures. RJ’s SteamTrunk pays tribute to a good friend’s dad whose luggage has been passed down for generations. Light amber to tawny in color and medium bodied with a malty character.

A rich bIend of six grains with Cascade, Chinook, CoIumbus, and SterIing hops yields a nose of toffee and fine whiskey; a pale red body of hoppy goodness; and a finish that Ieaves you wanting more.

This ale is a celebration of hops, with aromas of tropical fruit leading into flavors of citrus and finishing in a pleasing bitterness well balanced by the substantial toasty caramel malt background. Dangerously drinkable!

Road Slush Oatmeal Stout This dark stout is a hearty and satisfying reward for those of us who embrace the frozen tundra. Uncut oatmeal fresh from Chilton, Wisconsin gives this stout a "sink into it" smoothness that slides you into its depth. This Double IPA has a hint of spicy rye added to offer up a creamy mouthfeel, Amarillo, Mosaic and Citra hops give apricot, peach, mango, grapefruit and citrus flavors and aromas.

Malty, darker than your average amber. Zythose, Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. It has characteristics of an IPA while still offering the caramel smoothness of an amber.

A wonderful IPA! The strong bitterness is balanced nicely by roasted and chocolate malts. It’s hopped seven times using Cascade and Chinook hops before bottling. If you’re a hop head, you’ll love this one!

Our pumpkin ale is made with 250 lbs of pumpkins from Critz Farm in Cazenovia. The pumpkins are seeded, cut into pieces and roasted in our ovens until caramelized. They are dded into the mash, infusing the roasted pumpkin flavor into the beer. It is then lightly spiced with 5 traditional pumpkin pie spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and clove.

Full-bodied smooth and silky imperial stout delivers robust malty sweetness up front moving into a roasted malt character and accented by notable hop character. Roasty, rich & complex.
