The mirror image of Rock Bitter, this smooth, dark mild has a biscuity flavour. Back in the pre-war days this beer would have been on sale in virtually every one of the brewery's jug & bottle counters’ throughout Nottinghamshire, and beyond.

Named for White Rock Lake and the cyclists who loop it, Rock Ryder is a refreshing, crowd-pleasing, session beer. But just because it's easy drinking doesn't mean it's got training wheels. With peppery notes from rye malt, a rocky head and a dry finish, our American Rye Wheat pulls ahead of the pack. Sit back and enjoy the Ryde.

Rocket Science Galactic Ale was the first brew for Dennis Beer Co. This approachable 4.6% ABV craft beer is an interpretation of an American Pale Ale (APA) with its assertive hopping, but also delivering notes of a German Altbier with the copper colour, and distinctive caramelised maltiness. Elements of an English Bitter are also introduced largely from the use of darker specialty malts. The term ‘Galactic’ in the name derives from the use of Galaxy hops, which along with Nelson Sauvin hops drive the nose and bitterness profile. The end result is the extra body that balances out the firm hopping regime, supported by pungent aromas of passionfruit, citrus and pine resin, that are prominent throughout.

Rocket Science Red Planet displays the malt driven elements of a traditional Red Ale but with the added kick of an IPA hopping regime. The deep, copper red colour showcases the abundance of specialty malts used in the brew. On the nose there is particular interest as the floral, peachy hop aromas intertwine with the pine, rustic and earthy aromas and underlying malt flavour. In the mouth Red Planet displays a rich malty texture, and flavours of burnt toffee. The finish is lengthy with distinct hop bitterness adding intrigue long after the last mouthful.

The WBB collaboration with Larry Rock that makes up our entry into the Washington State “Larry” series of beers produced by various breweries. This one is intended for the traditional Oktoberfest celebration in September and October. A malt forward beer with minimal hops of the Halletauer and Perle varieties.
