After spending the cold winter training our palettes on malty winter brews its time to get out on the field and play some ball with an IPA that’s both refreshing and complex. The lemony-herbal aromatics of Sorachi Ace hops spring out of a nice, light bodied wheat & honey malt base. You can always rely on a solid hit from Steady Eddie.

Surprisingly smooth and easy to drink with little bitterness. Balanced with roasted flavors, hops and malt. Pours a brown, creamy head that stays throughout the drink. Mildly carbonated, lending to the smoothness. The Story: SteakCake Stout is our base stout that can be enjoyed with a variety of foods. There is a battle in our family that lead to the name. Larry, the sweet tooth, prefers to pair this beer with a sweet treat. While, Cheryl, the carnivore, insists that is pairs best with a big, juicy porterhouse steak. We are confident that you will like this stout, so try it with both and decide for yourself!

With over 200lbs of 100% real pumpkin, the result is no trick and all treat…bottled pumpkin pie! There are even traditional holiday spices added of nutmeg, clove and cinnamon, but don’t mistake it for your Granny’s homemade recipe- we threw in a secret ingredient to give it that extra Rocket Republic kick! Hmmm…perhaps we should have called it Steampump-kickin’ Ale. But don’t worry- with an ABV of only 6.3%, you can have one for dessert and one with dessert. And maybe another one after. I know what I’m thankful for this season!

Our biggest, strongest, darkest, and richest stout. Black malt flavors expand into a full-flavored palate bursting with dry, roasted espresso and bittersweet chocolate. The character is generous and warming. Surprisingly drinkable for its obvious weight. 8.75% alcohol. Limit 3.

The two eleven mark, based on the medieval symbol for steel, appears only on Steel Reserve(R) High Gravity lager. We use nearly twice the ingredients of many normal lagers & brew for over twice as long as many quality beers.
