"Stelle e Strisce" - meaning 'Stars and Stripes' - is a refreshing but surprisingly intense Golden Ale, with a lighter shade of gold and an unusually low alcohol content. We dedicated it to 'Old Glory' because we use an interesting cocktail of American hops, most of them added in dry hopping. In this process, fresh hops are inserted directly into the fermentation process. This gives the brew exceptional freshness, intense hoppy aromas, and flavors of herbs and citrus throughout. All contribute to a crisp, light, and refreshing beer in the mouth at surprisingly low 3.5% ABV. The finish is perfectly balanced with notes of pleasant bitterness.
