Stew Brew is a complex American brown ale, balancing a nice hop bitterness with a generous amount of chocolate and aromatic malts.

The rare southern English brown style ale. Malty and toasty flavored with a bit of buttermilk sourness complemented by the sweetness of raisins. This ale was brewed to taste like the classic Irish soda bread. Perfect for St. Patrick's Day celebrations!

This nut brown ale is far from ordinary. Brewed with peanut butter it delivers that familiar aroma and a light peanut finish to the taste.

Sticke (shtee-ka) is a German special alt that is darker and stronger than traditional Düsseldorf altbiers. Meaning ’Secret’, Sticke originated when brewers still measured ingredients by hand. When a brewer accidentally made a stronger, maltier beer, this secret was passed around by word of mouth and locals enjoyed the rich malt character and balanced, spicy hop flavor of this special brew.

This hard to come by Christmas Alt is the favorite secret of Toasted & Tapped. A dark beer that hides a hint of chocolate behind the complexity of its malty character.

Sticke Festbier is the third offering from our RPAB collaboration. Brewed exclusively for the Garden of Eve Garlic Fest. A variation of the Sticke Handwerker. Pours copper and great for farm living.

Sticke It To The Man is a Sticke Alt Beer (pronounced “Stich-uh”)- a darker, hoppier version of a classic Dusseldorf Alt, with a higher abv Traditionally brewed only once per year, Sticke literally means secret. Malty with an assertive hop bitterness & dry-hopped aroma, featuring subtle fruit esters & spicy German Noble hops for a balanced and complex 7.5% ale.

A Belgian Quad by recipe, but aging it in spirits barrels garners its own category: Central Coast Quad. A beer formulated to sit on the sweeter and malty side so that we could utilize it for blending. Turbinado brown sugar from Mexico and Belgian candi sugar add wonderful molasses flavors. It has a full body and lush texture with barrel expression all over this beer: toasted oak, coconut, leather and cigar tobacco.

Once a year we have the special opportunity to brew with hops the same day they are harvested, while they are still wet from the vine. The late summer rain allowed for the perfect maturation of essential oils in the hops that contribute to its aroma. This beer has a mellow bitterness that sets the stage for a grassy, earthy, and citrusy palate. Available late September-mid October.

Our friends from Stone Brewing in Southern California joined us for a day of brewing a lower alcohol version of a Cascadian Dark Ale. At Stone, this beer style is referred to as a Black IPA. For a while, the name of the style was a hot button item, and each region tried to claim naming rights. This beer clocks in at 5.3% ABV, 52 IBUs, and was aged on Spanish Cedar. “Sticks and Stones” make break our bones but style names will never hurt us.

A medium-bodied, golden amber filtered ale infused with local honey.

With butter-maple taste and pancake sweetness it finishes clean and delicious. The smell of fresh pancakes on the griddle only it’s in a glass. An easy drinking 5.8% abv.

Sticky Icky Icky is a radiantly clear, copper-colored American India Pale Ale. It is loaded with citrusy hop aromas of oranges, nectarines, and apricots. This light, yet full bodied ale is perfectly balanced by equal parts sweet malt and juicy hops. A medium bitterness along with a subtle earthiness lingers in the finish. This new American India Pale Ale is what Ryan Hale, the head brewer at the Bellaire pub, referred to as his quintessential IPA. Ryan combined all of his favorite hops resulting in what he described as “pure juicy goodness”. This beer is loaded with all of the big citrus and fruity flavors American hops can offer.

This traditional Scotch ale is full-bodied with an earthy aroma. It has a smooth malt presence, with just the right touch of hops for a balanced, clean finish. Part of our Limited Asylum seasonal series, Sticky McDoogle is available on tap and in six packs at your favorite craft beer outlet from February through June-ish.

Sticky Paws is our most popular brew. A cloudy, unfiltered wheat beer with a mild hop profile. It starts off light snd crisp and ends with sweet honey and citrus undertones.

Get ready to 'mallow out, dude! Our zonked out brewer trio of Snarf, Crumble, and Ping have layered this blonde ale with plenty of gooey, marshmallow flavor for a beer that tastes just like your favorite rice cereal treat. So sit back in your coziest corduroy chair and switch gears - no baking required.

This is a light beer with a full taste and a third less alcohol so therefore 30% less calories. It is ideal for beer lovers who prefer light beers but do not want to renounce the taste.
