Anvil ESB is our interpretation of a traditional British-style pub ale. Also known as Aphrodisiaque. A Black ale with aromas and flavours of vanilla, dark chocolate, bourbon and roasted malt. The vanilla and cocoa marry nicely, without out-competing each other, to produce a surprisingly well balanced beer. This beer is mildly hoppy, but the cocoa introduces a touch of bitterness. Its colour may be intimidating, but it is a very smooth beer within reach of most beer drinkers. This highly appreciated dessert beer is brewed with organic fair-trade cocoa and first rate vanilla beans.

A Northwest American-Style IPA. The color comes through as a deep gold with orange hues. Fruity and citrusy hop aroma shines, with hints of pine resin. The four hop flavor dominates, re-enforcing the aroma with more citrus, fruity and piney notes. The malt character is clean and smooth with a unique toasted flavor (thanks to the generous helping of Victory malt), all held together by a firm bitterness. Apocalypse has a medium-bodied mouth feel, finishing crisp and dry. All of this results in a very drinkable IPA.

Our Apple Ginger cider is a unlike any other cider. The addition of Nigerian ginger flavor adds a spiciness and warmth to the cider. Possibly one of the most refreshing beers we've ever made. We start with a traditional German style unfiltered wheat beer (hefe-weizen translates literally as "yeasty wheat beer"). Brewed with a hybrid Bavarian yeast strain that imparts the defining flavor notes of licorice, clove, and banana. Add to this natural apricot flavor, and you have one astonishingly refreshing beer.

A refreshing American wheat beer with a touch of apricot flavor. A mix of Pilsner, 2-Row, Wheat and a touch of oats gives this summer refresher a light profile with a slight mouthfeel. Willamette hops provide a pleasant floral aroma and elderberry notes while an addition of Centennial at flame out gives a lemony nose.

A dry and stupendously hopped medium bodied Imperial IPA brewed with Canadian two-row malt, dextrose sugar and lots of American hops. Arctic Panzer Wolf has superior aromas of marmalade, white wine, pine and apricot all mixed with an intense American hop bitterness.

This India Pale Ale is brewed with 2-row American pale ale malts. This IPA rolls in with a 6.9% ABV and intense citrusy hop aroma. The addition of local honey lends a subtle sweetness for a clean finish.

A Belgian style ale that pours bright with an egg shell cap that leaves sticky lacing above the sunset orange color. Our primary Belgian yeast strain is accompanied by Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for two fermentations that create deeper aromatics of stone fruit and farmhouse pollen and flavors of honey and green tea. Cheers to Ariadne (air-E-ahd-nee), Greek goddess who loved coriander and was consort to Dionysus, god of wine and ecstasy. Join in the revelry with this blonde, its sweet malt and coriander rolling smooth across the tongue. A pinch of magnum hops balances this ray of sunshine.

Raw desert honey is added to a light, unfiltered wheat beer to provide complexity, and a touch of sweetness. The honey character changes seasonally as the bees pollinate different flowers.
