THE BEER: Bainbridge Bitter Pale Ale is a classic well-balanced northwest pale ale. Hoppy, but with malt backbone to support it, making it pleasantly approachable. Apollo, Cascade and Willamette hops. ESB, Crystal 40, Dextrine and Sour malts. THE STORY: In 1841, Bainbridge Island was named by the Wilkes Expedition in honor of Commodore William Bainbridge (1774 – 1833), famous captain of the 44 gun frigate USS Constitution in the War of 1812. Our pale ale is, in turn, named in honor of both the heroic Commodore Bainbridge, and our home, Bainbridge Island.

A malty, easy drinking English Pale Ale with moderate bitterness. The Maris Otter malt provides a delicious contrast to the UK East Kent Goldings hops that give way to smooth and delicate floral and spicy overtones, while the English Ale yeast leaves a residual malty sweetness with a clean finish.

A smooth, malty well-hopped ale, with a full aromatic nose made with 100% barley, hops, water and yeast. The "best bitter" description refers to this beer's higher alcohol content and its depth of hop bitterness. It is named for Jim Baldwin & Ed Cooper, the first men to climb the Grand Wall of the Stawamus Chief (702 m) in July, 1961.

A mash tun packed mostly with Pale Ale Malt and several different varieties of Crystal malt provide a firm, slightly sweet malt flavor while copious amounts of resiny Yakima Valley hops go berserk on bitterness, flavor and aroma.

Late in the 18th century Britain's great brewing families were working hard to break into new markets. For the Baltic Sea ports they created an export version of the traditional British Porter. Styled like an IPA to preserve them for the voyage, those profound Baltic Porters served to ward off the chill winds of that northern sea. That said, we weren't satisfied with the Baltic Porter's traditionally subtle hint of black licorice. This ale features a blend of whole licorice root and star anise to create an uncommon addition to that traditional export Porter's hearty character.

This opaque lager pours a deep black color with a tan head and a roasted chocolate aroma and flavor with subtle coffee notes. A smooth and complex beer. Gently conditioned with two pounds of Pepper Peddler coffee.

Baltika №4 Original is one of the oldest brands of Baltika Breweries produced since April 1994. The jury includes both consumers and specialists in marketing and packaging. Two times running, in 2007 and 2008, Baltika #4 won the silver medals of the Australian International Beer Awards Contest in the category of Lager Packaged. In 2008 Baltika #4 Original brought the Company the Gold Medal of the European Beer Star Awards Contest in the category of Red and Amber Beer. This is the top award of one of the most prestigious contests of the world brewing. The contest was organized by the Association of Private Breweries of Germany and the Association of Independent Breweries of Europe. One of the conditions of the participation is strict compliance with the traditional laws of European brewing. The jury of 65 experts in brewing from 16 countries evaluated the available brands in 40 categories. The samples were traditionally tasted by "blind testing," which guaranteed unbiased evaluation.

Known as the “Jewel in the Queen City’s Crown,” the Thomas Hill Standpipe overlooks our fair city. Our Bangor Brown is the jewel in our line up of ales. Its contrasting chocolate-like malt profile and a hop character specifically denotes a true American Style Brown Ale and makes it a real crowd pleaser. Dark and malty with a full citrus hop flavor, this brew has a history as rich and colorful as the City of Bangor.

Award-winning Barley Gold is a hearty, potent and warming strong ale. The colour of deep burnished gold, it's produced from copious quantities of the finest natural brewing ingredients. Brimful with fruity, malty, bitter-sweet flavours, that are underpinned by the strength derived from a prolonged conditioning period.

A darker coloured Mild than Original, Banks's Dark Mild has a subtle bitterness and roasty edge that is balanced by a malty sweetness to give a round, warm depth of flavour.

A full flavored slightly roasty session ale inspired by traditional Irish Red ales but with our own unique twist. She weighs in at 4.5% ABV and 21 IBUs.

A good, clean nutbrown ale with a malty body. This is our most popular ale due to its smooth and malty flavor. We use a mixture of pale, crystal and black malts in this one, and our primary hop is Target, though we also add some Whitbread Goldings Variation as well. The Real Ale is best fresh, so fresh in fact, that it's great right out of the bright tank.

The Barbãr Bok is adorned with dark colours and a ruby reflection. It undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and merges the softness of honey with the strength of alcohol. The honey originates from Yucatan in Mexico and is hardly noticeable. In the brewery they maintain that the Barbãr does not taste of honey but when accompanied by a dish with added honey, the dish tastes of Barbãr. A splendid beer without compromise. In the beginning, it was only brewed in the winter and was called Barbãr Winter Bok. However, since 2008 the consumer decided otherwise. You can now also enjoy it in the summer to the great delight of lovers of brown bee Since 2009, it has been marketed in 33 cl bottles with a swing-top cap highlighting the strong and ancient character of this beer.

The Barbulle is a lager, golden, refreshing. Well hopped, it is the most "classic" beers. It is undeniably the beer sports ... after the effort!

(Well, the name doesn’t hurt) Our smoothly drinkable little blonde bombshell will turn your head with her smooth, light malt flavor, mild hop character, and crisp, refreshing, fruity finish. But don’t let the innocent look fool you. She’s got a way of stripping away all pretense with her 5% abv and getting right to the naked truth.

This strong blonde ale is brewed with wheat and citrusy west coast hops to give it a crisp, refreshing and flavorful profile that is aimed to please craft beer enthusiasts and occasional beer drinkers alike. The initial sweetness is balanced out by a bright hop aroma with hints of lemon peel and finishes very cleanly.
