This single hop, multi grain Farmhouse Ale is designed for summer drinking. Soft grain presence and a subdued hop bitterness are the background to juicy citrus fruit/hop flavor and a peppery spice from Belgian yeast. Citrajectory is equally well suited for the field, the pool, or the table.

Barmen Pilsner was first brewed in what is now the AC Golden Brewing Company in Golden, Colorado. It was initially offered on November 12, 1997. The brewing was later moved to the Sandlot Brewery at Coors Field. In February of 2012, Barmen production was moved back to AC Golden Brewing Company in order to make room for more Blue Moon innovations at the Sandlot Brewery. Barmen was born of Pete Coors’ desire to brew a German Pilsner that tastes exactly like the great pilsners of northern Germany. The beer was named after Barmen, Germany; birthplace of Adolph Herman Joseph Coors. Barmen is offered in only a few bars and restaurants in and around Golden, CO. To ensure you enjoy the full Barmen experience, bars and restaurants offering Barmen are requested to honor the traditional “German Seven-Minute Pour” and to serve the beer in the proper Barmen branded pilsner glass. When properly poured, it should look like this. Feel empowered to send the beer back to the bartender if it isn’t served correctly. This Pilsner pours a golden straw color, with a beautiful cap of fluffy white foam that creates a “lace” on the sides of the glass as the beer is drank. True to the style, Barmen begins with toasty bread and biscuity flavors before being rounded out by the spicy and floral hop flavors that only the Noble varieties can provide. Full bodied for a Pilsner, the brew finishes clean and crisp with just the perfect level of carbonation. Well worth the seven-minute wait!

This Stout is Jet Black with a Creamy Tan Head. Flavors of Coffee, Chocolate and Oatmeal give this stout full flavor and great body.

A big IPA that highlights 113 IBU's and 9.5% ABV. This ale features an intense hop aroma and taste, and is balanced with a 7-grain malt bill.

The rich and roasty character of our BORIS The Crusher Oatmeal-Imperial Stout is masterfully complimented by Bourbon barrel aging to add a vanilla-like aroma and a great depth of flavor.

A good starter beer for those that have only drank the mass produced suds. The blonde is a light, crisp beer with a slight malt flavor and just enough Czechoslovakian Saaz hops to balance the malt sweetness.

Brewed just like the original from Burton upon Trent. This style calls for a high hop rate combined with an elevated alcohol content because it was brewed to survive the journey from England to Bombay as rations for British troops. Huge amounts of two row pale malt with an addition of a few specialty malts provides a nice mouth feel buried under copious additions of Columbus hops. This beer is big but finishes clean.

Our signature dark ale is comforting like the base layer of snow at the beginning of snow sport season. It’s black in color but lacks the heavy roasted character of a porter or stout. Our black ale is a medium bodied brew with light chocolate and caramel notes, and a subtle evergreen finish.

A medium-bodied amber ale with a nice malty flavor accented with caramel malts and well-balanced with Crystal hops.

Bastard Kat IPA is an American IPA, brewed in the style of West Coast IPAs. The light golden ale is topped with a thick white head. Generous doses of hops throughout the brewing process, including the hop back and dry hopping, give Bastard Kat a crisp, citrusy, hop aroma. Hop bitterness and flavor are both pronounced, making Bastard Kat a natural for hop-heads. The finish is dry and crisp, leaving you ready for another sip.

Batch 19 is derived from a recipe found in an old logbook discovered in brewery archives dating back before 1919, when Prohibition banned beer throughout the country. Prohibition was enforced in Colorado in 1916. The pre-Prohibition style lager delivers a bold, hoppy flavor that is surprisingly well balanced. Test market in Chicago, Milwaukee, San Francisco, San Jose, and Washington DC.

Bath Star is a 4.5% abv golden brown bitter brewed from the finest Maris Otter malt and finished with cascade hops and is named after the breweries only pub The Star Inn, which has twice been Baths Campaign for Real Ale Pub of the Year.

Battlefield Bock is a smooth and creamy Bavarian Style Bock Lager. It is brewed with our proprietary blend of Bavarian Dark Roasted Malts giving it a distinct taste with hints of coffee and chocolate. We add Noble Czech Saaz Hops to balance the flavor of this rich full bodied lager. Battlefield Bock is slow cold aged for a minimum of 8 weeks.

In this wheat beer we use our unique wheat beer yeast. This yeast is good for a fresh and easy drinking beer with moderate flavors from spice and citrus, a tasty thirst quencher.
