As huge Trekkies, we couldn’t help but name this tripel after the iconic Star Trek episode that is featured in almost every Star Trek spinoff. This beer utilizes specialty imported Belgian malts which provide a smooth malty flavor, with notes of caramel plumbs. European hops provide a clean, smooth bitterness and a spicy floral aroma. Alcohol, as is common in Belgian beers, provides a sweetness while vibrant carbonation makes the flavors really shine on the pallet. What’s the “Trouble With Tripels?” Not much if you aren’t driving!

This strong, complex style was developed when the British shipped stout to Eastern Europe. Enjoyed by Tsars of Russia in the 1800’s, it has become known as Russian Imperial Stout.

“Maibock” style of beer named after the astrological sign for Gemini, the Twins are sure to satisfy. Grab “hold of a pair.”

True to the APA style that our country can really call its own. We use our own special blend of American hops and caramel malts from across the country that give this beer a unique flavor profile while staying true to traditional APAs. We'll only be making a few batches of this beer, so make sure you get your growler filled up with this tribute to American brewing tradition while it lasts!

The Uno is our first Specialty Release offering. We brewed a single 8 bbl batch, and when it is gone, that’s it. It weighs in at 10.4% abv — with a full body, and a complex flavor profile. It’s a little spicy (thanks to the rye malt), a little coffee-like (from the roasted malts) and a little toffee-like (thanks to a blend of crystal malts and piloncillo, a raw mexican cane sugar). It’s real big, real black, and real tasty. Hope you enjoy!

We brewed THE VERMONSTER with 110 pounds of malt per barrel and jacked up the pour into a wide mouth thin glass goblet. For an amazing pairing get some Smoked Gouda from Taylor Farm Cheese and a friend!

Northwest style sour ale aged in oak barrels with grapes

In 1000 AD, Vikings did America, calling their old Norse hood, VINLAND. In 2013 America has completely done-over our dark Viking ale... Ekim’s porter is well-and-truly USA-ified! This intensely dark and luscious brew is defined by its mild, fruity American ale yeast, and loads of American Centennial hops added during the boil as well as in dry-hopping, thus imparting intense spicy, citrus and piney aromas and flavours into the beer. These flavours are further enhanced and complexified by the roasty, chocolate/caramel malts, and balanced by a moderate-firm bitterness, creating a rich, smooth and well-rounded beer.

A velvet smooth Stout made with cold-press espresso from Paul's Coffee and Tea in Louisville, Colorado. Big notes of fresh roasted coffee beans with undertones of baker's chocolate and dark fruit.

It may lumber a bit, but this (un)red is freakishly motivated when it needs to be. A big, hoppy red ale with a touch of smoke to back it up.

Lift Bridge’s Warden Milk Stout clocks in at 5.75% ABV and pours a deep black with a thin, whitish-tan head that quickly dissipates. Aromas of coffee with hints of smoke greet the nose, and the beer’s flavors include a complimentary combination of sweet and savory in the forms of chocolate and roasted malt. At 23 IBU, there’s a trace of earthy hop bitterness on the backend. The mouthfeel is silky smooth and the unfermentable sugar from the lactose leaves the sweetness on the palate that you’d expect from a milk stout.

ROOT BEER IS FOR KIDS. The Washboard is a decidedly adult beverage for grownups who can appreciate the sophisticated flavor of imported Indian sarsaparilla blended with the crisp, tart juice of organic Pacific Northwest apples, and finished with a touch of vanilla. It might make you a bit nostalgic for your favorite childhood quaff, but not for long. After your first couple of sips of The Washboard’s mild earthy flavor, creamy texture, and notes of caramel and vanilla, you’ll be glad you’re all grown up.

This winter seasonal is in the style of a Black IPA. It has the characteristics of an American IPA in having intense bold hop flavors with a twist of dark malt bringing out the roasted chocolate flavor. Three different types of hops and imported dark crystal malts are used to maximize this flavor and create fresh hop taste and aroma. It is dry-hopped in the fermenter to give it its great hop aroma. This brew was meant to be consumed immediately upon opening on that cold winter evening. Enjoy!
