This ‘Behemoth’ of a beer provides an exceptionally complex flavor profile, fruity with a sweet, dry finish. The biggest beer that Triton has brewed, the smooth, malty goodness is sure to warm you on a chilly day.

You may know the Three Wisemen a different way, but we know them as Mr. Jim Bean, Captain Morgan, and Jose Cuervo. We couldn’t get a hold of those guys so we called up the barrels respectively from Wild Turkey, Appleton’s Rum, and Cazadores Tequilla. We strategically aged different portions of this Oatmeal Stout in these barrels and allowed them hang out for a while. The brewers then blended them by taste to create a specifically boozy, yet light bodied stout.

Sometimes you want to go it alone. But beer is better with a friend or two. We got together with Union & Space for an Evanston-only release that celebrates spontaneity, creativity, and fun with friends. A Threeway is only available at the Tap Room, Union, and Space.

Made by taking our Brother David’s Triple wort and fermenting it with our Horse Tongue Wheat culture - all done in wine barrels along with a very healthy dose of blackcurrant puree. This beer is not fermented in a stainless tank and doesn't use brewers yeast at all - only the wild yeast and bacteria strains in our HTW culture. Fermentation in the barrel takes up to 6 months. It's also bracingly sour with a pH of around 3.3. Very cool purple/burgundy color.

Belgian Golden Strong. German hops, Belgian malt & Belgian candi sugar give this beer unique aromas of banana bread & a complex flavor profile.

Thrilla in Brazilla is gold in color with a tight white head of foam. The fruity-ester aroma is high to very high. Hop aroma is further characterized by high amounts of citrus with a slightly resinous character in the background. The aroma follows through to the taste with citrusy characters dancing on the palette, including the presence of fresh oranges. Thrilla is a medium bodied beer with medium high hop bitterness. As always, this beer is balanced.

This traditional rustic farmhouse ale is brewed with generous additions of Amarillo hops which have a floral and grapefruit aroma, complementing the zesty blood orange. The spicy and dry notes of the Saison yeast linger among flavors of citrus and earth creating a distinctive palate. At 7.7% the body is sturdy yet very easy to drink. Beware, it is so good you may want to howl at the moon! Thriller is the newest member of the high gravity series joining legendary ales such as Dweller Imperial Stout, Demon Dweller Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, Holly King Barrel Aged Holiday Ale, La Mas Negra Imperial Black Ale and Rainmaker Double IPA. Bottles will be available for purchase at the brewery in downtown Asheville and at select bottle shops throughout North Carolina.

Purse snatching is perpetrated by the lowest of street hoods. We would never stoop to the likes of that ilk. We far prefer to snatch your throat with flavor in liquid form with this beer. Cheers.

Pirate Life's Throwback has been created in an easy drinking style with a lower alcohol than most India Pale Ales. The IPA is a zealously hopped ale, endowed with an ample malt chassis.

Our unique house yeast strain provides quite the platform for Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo and Centennial to shine! Vienna malt and a small dose of very light German crystal malt allow fora light, crisp malt backbone to lay low behind the ripe tropical fruit hop profile.
