Way Down Yonder

Beer is the best reason for a road trip. This past spring we traveled down south to visit our old friends at Great Raft Brewing in Shreveport, Louisiana to experience southern hospitality. We shared beer, traded war stories and together we chose this sour blend of both persimmons and pawpaws aged on our sour reserve. These two wild, forgeable fruits blend in harmony just like old friends.

Ways & Means

Ways & Means is a session IPA brewed with rye and just the right amount of Citra and Centennial hops for pleasing bitterness. It boasts complex aromatics of citrus and tropical fruits, finishing with the typical clean, refreshing character for which our beers are known. The very first keg of this beer was served in the United States Capitol to members of the U.S. Congress Ways & Means committee. Both Democrats and Republicans found that it was a beer that all could agree upon.

We Are The Champions IPA

We originally brewed this IPA in early 2014 after our beloved football team from Seattle won the World Championship. We’ve not brewed it much since as it’s been difficult to source Sorachi Ace hops until now. This IPA is triple hopped....in the kettle, hop back, and a big dry hop in the fermenter. It utilizes a whopping 3.25 lbs of hops per barrel!
