Tart Cherry Floridaweisse

Named in honor of my wife’s grandfather. I’m not sure what he would have thought of the beer, but I’m pretty sure he would have been intrigued by the process of building a brewery. Our bright and citrusy belgian white is nice with a slice of orange or on its own. We hand peel over thirty lemons for this beer. A great thirst quencher for after a nice hike in the mountains.

Warrior is a truly traditional style English Bitter Ale. A blend of finest Pale Ale, Amber and Crystal malt is used for the fruity malty flavour and generous portions of English Hop varieties (Challenger, Goldings and Fuggles) give a well developed hop character.

Warrior Heart is done with all Centennial and Warrior.

9th in this second series of American IPA’s. Rich golden coloured ale with a clean bitterness and a light citrus pine aroma.

American Red Ale. Multiple varieties of carmel malts lend a vibrant amber-red color along with bready and malty flavors. Highlights the use of only Warrior hops, contributing a mild, resinous hop character with subtle citrus, pine and herbal flavors.

A truly German import brewed according to the German Purity Law, as are all Warsteiner beers, in limited quantities especially for Oktoberfest celebrations. This special edition has a well-balanced, mild and smooth taste with a uniquely soft, hoppy aftertaste and 5.9% alcohol. Hefeweizen brewed with heirloom warthog wheat malted by Valley Malt, Hadley, MA

A traditional German-style unfiltered wheat beer, hefe-weizen translates literally as “yeasty wheat beer.” We brew this product using a hybrid Bavarian yeast strain which imparts the style defining flavor notes of licorice, clove and banana. Add to this the tangy sweetness of wheat malt and the flowery bitterness of Hallertau hops and you have a truly authentic hefe-weizen. 4.0% alcohol by volume.

If you like raspberries, this one's for you. We start with our traditional wheat beer and add natural raspberry flavor that keeps you coming back for more.

New in 2009, the easy drinking Summer Twilight is a 4% Kolsch, perfect for summer drinking. Gold in color and mildly hopped, this ale goes down easy and is refreshing like a cool summer evening at twilight! Our new high-point Belgian Style White Ale, called Wasatch White Label, is a f@#$% white-out! This easy drinking “white ale” is 6% alcohol by volume and subtlety seasoned with orange peel and coriander, kind of like Blue Moon, but bigger, better and bolder.

Wasatch Winterfest Seasonal Ale (7.1% alcohol by volume) is a rich amber ale with caramel malt flavors and a large hop presence. Brewed with the finest Northwestern pale and caramel malts then generously hopped with Columbus and Amarillo hops. Crafted in the spirit and style of robust winter ales. Inspiration?
