Named for a locally-loved section of Folly Beach, Washout Wheat is an excellent hot weather beer, and our first wheat beer. We checked the overdone spice additions of coriander and orange peel at the door, and instead let the wheat and the yeast work their respective magic. The notes of banana and clove come entirely from that magic, not from any additional ingredients. The end result is a no frills wheat experience, one that quenches your thirst with no extra hang-ups.

Organic Ginger and Cranberries artfully blended with tart fermented cider. We “dry hop” with whole stick Sri Lankan True Cinnamon for a true winter warmer with clove and subtle citrus notes.

Watch Man IPA keeps the bitterness firm, but in check, and is accented by floral and citrus notes from the hops. Pair with flaky grilled fish, creamy pastas and hearty salads.

It has been a long, dark time for those thirsting for a gluten-free stout. But behold, a new light blazes, and from that light comes…darkness! This rich and roasty ale is made from 5 different roasts of artisan gluten-free millet malt, for a complex and satisfying true stout flavor. Now everyone can walk safely through beer’s shadowy side, thanks to the Watchstander!

This light refreshing wheat beer is sure to delight. Our special yeast and blend of malted and unmalted wheat provide the haze in our unfiltered style ale. This beer is traditionally served with a lemon slice on the side. There are many water gaps along the Appalachian Trail. These water gaps were established where large rivers cut through the Appalachian Mountain Range. The Susquehanna River creates one of the more visually appealing water gaps just north of Harrisburg in the area at the Dauphin Narrows.

Water Street Wheat Named after Decorah’s main street, this beer pays homage to our original accounts, most of whom reside on Water Street. Hints of bananas and cloves make this wheat beer a favorite. Easy drinking with tons of flavor, the velvet texture finish is reminiscent of the Upper Iowa River, which flows just down the street from the original brewery.

Perfect for a float down the Hooch or just grillin’ in the backyard, Waterkeeper Hefeweizen is our go to summer brew. Picks up with notes of banana and clove and light enough to drink all day.

A unique beer made just for Austin, Waterloo is a refreshingly and slightly sour (think lemonade) wheat ale made with the addition of fresh Texas Peaches. Dry, tart, and easy-to-drink, Waterloo will be brewed in the early summer when the peach harvest comes in. A perfect beer for summer days in Austin.

The triple blond is both simple and complex. Its initial simplicity, with an easy approach that releases a sweet zest is quickly complemented by a bitterness that runs to the back of the mouth. Complex, with its raw ingredients clashing a little like cannon shots, but each tastier than the last, with alternating bitter hops and the flexibility of its malt, gives this Waterloo beer the taste of victory.
