You’ll go totally walnuts over this oak-aged, walnut-seasoned brown ale. Made with a brewing style that dates back to 16th-century England and using a blend of six choice malts and two English hops, Goodwood Walnut Brown Ale features notes of caramel and chocolate with a finish that is – you guessed it – pleasingly nutty.

A German-style alt or cold fermented amber ale. With a two month lagering process, Walt is one refined dude. Brewed on site by Matt. 12oz. 4.6% ABV. ($6.00)

Walter is an American Blonde Ale with a bready, malty aroma. “He” (as we call this beer) has a light to medium body and is yellow to gold in color. The Nelson Sauvin hops give Walter a pleasing aroma that is most comparable to white wine or white grapes.

Even the German spirit world knows good beer; the ghost of founder Walter Faust haunts the hotel, undoubtedly trying to get his stein filled with this classic brew. Lightly toasted two-row barley, a touch of Crystal malt, and American Cascade hops give this Pale Ale a bright, clean finish that will soothe even the most restless of souls.

White Ale. Light and hazy, with the traditional Belgian yeast flavors and spice with orange peel, coriander, and nutmeg.

Crisp refreshing and effervescent, a light summertime beer with a basil nose and strawberry finish.

The Legend of the Wampus Cat, spawned in Appalachia from Cherokee Indian folklore, depicts a half-woman, half-mountain lion that reportedly walks on hind legs and has four additional sharp-clawed appendages. This creature from American folklore, along with Strangeways Triple IPA, share the predestined ability to drive people crazy. Attempts at courage will likely be futile, as glowingly hypnotic eyes and an astounding seven different hop varietals wield their dominance and potency. First in the Annihilation Series, Wampus Cat Triple IPA should be treated with utmost caution, if the rare fortune to confront one presents itself.

North Peak Wanderer is a Session IPA. This exciting new style is balanced with malt and hop characters and has a clean finish. The combination of full hop flavor and lower alcohol gives Wanderer a a wonderful drinkability! Wanderer has a light, clean and refreshing body, and is hopped with Perle, Willamette, Centennial and Citra hops that gives Wanderer a Citrus and Pine finish. Wanderer is rounded out with a generous amount of dry-hopping with Citra hops to fill the nose. It is brewed in Traverse City, MI, on Old Mission Peninsula incorporating locally grown hops.

The summer of 2013 introduced the city of Cleveland to a unique and rare visitor. A brown Pelican, usually found in Florida and other Gulf states, wandered north to vacation on Ohio's Lake Erie coast. Swapping saltwater fro fresh, feeding on shad instead of mullet, this welcome stranger made Lake Erie his home for several months and became an unlikely local celebrity. This dark ale honors our courageous friend who traveled off the beaten path to find his home. Wandering Pelican Black Ale is a hopped-up American Black Ale with a dark, roasted character balanced by a floral hop bitterness.

An uppercut from Ella hops with no malt to block its fruity and citrus punch. Strong tropical aroma that finishes dry and crisp, the way an IPA should.

Not all who wander are lost. Decidedly English in nature, juicy malt and herbal British hops dominate the flavor. Vibrant American hops take over the aroma. The best from both sides of the pond.

This is our flagship ale. The label for this beer is adorned with the majestic Wapiti (aka elk). Wapiti are abundant in northern Arizona. They are large and beautiful creatures, which is why we chose this animal to represent this beer. Wapiti Amber Ale is hand crafted with mountain pure water, two row malted barley, yeast and Yakima Valley hops. Our brewers use traditional methods to create this full-bodied amber ale with a distinct hoppy aroma. Wapiti Amber Ale should be enjoyed cool, not cold, to best experience the complex character and flowery aroma. Serve at 43-47 deg F.
