Some Cat from Japan asked us to make and IPA that was juicy, and nothing else. So we packed up a pack horse and made it happen. Keep your electric eye on this one.

Our take on a classic, this is a Bavarian-style unfiltered wheat beer. Light golden in color, hazy and with a snow white crown of foam, our Weissbier ("white beer" in German) has an inviting fruity/ spicy aroma reminiscent of banana, citrus and clove. Brewed with generous amounts of wheat and imported Munich malt, the flavor is sweet and rounded yet refreshing and highly drinkable.

One of our lightest offerings, this German style wheat bier is best served up fresh and ‘mit hefe’ (with yeast). Bursting with fruity aromas and a hint of spice from our weizen yeast.

A celebration of traditional German wheat beers, our Weissbier features the classic banana and clove flavors, with the refreshing tartness and citrus notes that can only be found when the beer is at its freshest. We serve the beer cloudy on purpose, as the suspended yeast is crucial to its overall impression.

Danish: Hvedemalten bidrager med en frugtagtig aroma og en naturlig syrlig eftersmag. Symbiosen med bygmaltens sødme gør øllet frisk og harmonisk.
