Brewed with equal amounts of malted barley and wheat, we’ve taken this traditional American-style recipe and added just a touch of caramel malt for color and body. This light-bodied ale has a refreshing, clean flavor that can be especially enjoyed on a hot day in the cool shade. Try it straight up, or with a lemon.

4,800 lbs of hops picked fresh in Washington and shipped to Minnesota immediately. We brewed this beer three days later. This is a hop-forward beer, dry with subdued malt flavors.

Light and clean, just a hint of floral hops. Pairs well with the fall.

An American pale ale brewed with fresh hops harvested by Refugee Response at Ohio City Farm. Originally brewed by GLBC and Cellar Rats Brewery for Cleveland Beer Week, 2012.

A wet-hopped ale with a strong malty and roasted backbone, followed by an intense, earthy, floral and “resiny” hop finish. Brewed with locally sourced hops right out of Jamesport (the next town East).

Countryside is not your typical IPA! Fresh and fruity, this beer is a showcase for the subtleties of exotic hops. Brewed with a half dozen supercharged varietals, a beautiful bouquet of tropical fruits pairs with bright, clean, and crisp grapefruit finish.

This beauty is a complete work of art! Bryan and I picked 22 lbs of fresh Cascade hops from 3 gigantic hop vines Bryan has at his house. Hops produce an overabundance of hop cones and we were there for the picking. Even after 22 lbs, we hardly put a dent in the yield! So...here we are 3 weeks later, the beer is on tap and it is the freshest...hoppiest...flavorful beer you can imagine! Needless to say, we are proud of this beauty from the ground, up! We wanted a full-flavored IPA, so Bryan suggested we use our Requiem IPA recipe, and calculate for fresh, whole hop cones. Worked beautifully!! We ended up with an IPA with so much up-front flavor you would think you are enjoying a high octane Imperial! Instead, this is a middle-of-the-road IPA, at 5.2% abv!! This just goes to show how a hugely flavorful IPA can be loaded-up with fresh ingredients and come out the other end, a tasty LOW octane, treat! Bryan and I hope you get to stop in soon to try this one out! We decorated Bube's with some of the actual hop vines we pulled from. For the true hophead, you will be in heaven. And for the all-around beer enthusiasts, we hope you can appreciate the creativity in this beer. I know I'm proud to say I had a hand in this one!!

Farmhouse style ale brewed with wet hops from Consella Farms in Wading River, NY as well as River and Roots Community Garden in Riverhead!

A blend of barrel-aged from 2014 aged on freshly harvested Cascade hops from our Indiana neighbors at Sugar Creek Hops. Enjoy fresh hop aromatics, which meld with slight tart character provided by the sour beer to produce a refreshing fall experience.

A refreshing ale brewed with real guava in honor of the very cool dudes at Two Dudes Painting Co. If you've seen the mural in the Taproom or the barn at the brewery then you've seen the great work that those dudes do.

Brewed with ample amounts of lactose, our Wet Snout is enjoyable and very easy on the palate. Brewed with crystal and chocolate malts and finished with a mild hop addition. Its so sure to please you will want to lick the last of the foam from your snout!
