Honey yellow in color, a fluffy head, big tropical and stone fruit aromas with a hint of candy, a mellow mouthfeel with a dry tangy finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Simpson Maris Otter malt, Crisp Wheat, El Dorado and Summit hops with our proprietary English yeast strain.

A White IPA, this beer takes the ingredients of a traditional Belgian Wit and enhances all of the orange peel and spiciness with an IPA hop profile.

FACTION WHITE MARIA

Approximately 100 oak barrels that once held chardonnay varietal white wine from Wente Vineyards of Livermore, CA were filled with Golden Monkey and aged at ambient temperatures in the Downingtown brewery for 3 months. This process is an extension of an experiment dating back 6 years prior, when a single oak barrel once holding white wine from local vintner, Chaddsford Winery, was used in a similar manner to produce a test batch which never left the brewery. Deemed delicious by Victory brewmasters and brewing staff, the White Monkey project was made possible through a collaborative partnership with Wente Vineyards.

Distinct Citrus Nose, Berry and Pine Notes Complimented by light body and Dry Finish

A crisp, citrusy Belgian-style Witbier. The recipe begins with the Witbier we brewed in our Icon series in 2015, which itself is based on the original Celis White recipe with some oats added for a little extra body. To this, there is a dryhop addition of Citra hops that amps everything up. The nose is citrus and spices with a light banana. There is a pleasant round body that is light and creamy. The citrus of the orange peel blends nicely with the citrus from the hops and the coriander creates a liveliness on the finish. This beer is easy to drink while also having incredible complexity. Perfect for a Texas "winter."

Amber Ale infused with Toasted American White Oak. Experience the taste of roasted nuts and honey, and aroma reminiscent of the forest. Medium body and lightly hopped makes this beer the Lumberjack’s Choice!

This beer is a funky farmhouse style Belgian Wit beer that has been loaded with mountains of spicy wild rocket grown in one of our brewers garden. Who said beer isn’t good for you….

Belgian Style Wit with hits of Coriander & Citrus

An easy drinking pale ale with a nice balance of hops and malt. Light and clean finish.

The White Street Belgian Dubbel has a malt forward Belgian ale with an amber hue. Dark candi syrup adds notes of dark fruit and molasses alongside the spicy Trappist yeast.

White Sun Wit, 4.6% ABV, is a crisp and hazy Belgian-Style Wit. White Sun Wit is Weyerbacher’s thirst-quenching spring and early summer ale. The nose has a light spiciness from the coriander, orange peel, grains of paradise and star anise. The palate reveals a mild, refreshing and effervescent wheat beer that finishes with just a hint of tartness.

Our American style witbier is brewed with 50% locally grown unmalted wheat, and 50% German pilsner. Spiced subtly with orange peel, coriander, and chamomile.
