This German inspired wheat ale is packed full of citrus flavor. We use torrified wheat, pale, and carafoam for balance, giving it a nice hazy, straw color and refreshing wheat taste. We ferment the White Horse at higher ale temps with a German style yeast that is known for producing world class wheat beers. We let the yeast take over the majority of the flavoring in our fermenters, providing the beer with banana and clove like esters. We pull some of the yeast with it to give this brew the proper style and to keep its body and character. We than age this brew with zests of citrus and a brewers spice that blends harmoniously with the esters of the yeast and balance out the sweetness of this brew. Truly a favorite in the summer time for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

This beer will be strong and a little sweet with a clean finish. Made with German wheat and Vienna malts and Noble Hallertauer hops. This is a great easy drinking beer.

Wheat IPA dry-hopped With Mosaic, Huell Melon, and Mandarina Bavaria.

This is an American IPA bursting with Citra hops and given it a whole new direction by adding the refreshing fruitiness of orange peel and coriander and the softening characters of wheat malt and oats.

While developing the recipe for our White IPA, we lined up malted wheat and more than a dozen hop varieties to select the three hops with the most citrus character: Simcoe, Amarillo and El Dorado. A citrus hop explosion leaps from the glass with big tangerine aromas up front, while hop flavors of bitter orange zest dominate and linger to the finish.

Strong hops aromas of citrus that melds with fruity esters from the yeast, and lemon grass and sage from herbs added post boil. Bitterness on the front of the palate from hops and herbs, then is immediately balanced by sweet flavours from lemon grass, American hops, and soft grains. The beer is naturally cloudy from the wheat and oats used in the mash.

Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer, light-bodied and very refreshing. Features complex orange and spice flavors.
