Originally this version was available for the American market, while in Europe a version less sour was available; as of today, only this version of Sour is produced, so if you got a recent vintage you had this one. The Sour has a sticker to differentiate it from the sticker-less Barriquée Mild, which has not been inoculated with lactobacillus bacteria.

Robust Porter with Vanilla Beans

A dark and robust ale, Panther Lake Porter is made with seven different specialty malts to create layers of roasted, chocolaty goodness with rich caramel undertones. The malt sweetness is balanced with lightly herbal, Northwest Liberty hops.

Free spirited Panty Peeler Tripel pours rambunctiously into your glass, releasing its engaging aroma. Curacao (bitter) orange peel and coriander create a beautiful yet bolder tripel by infusing color, citrus and spice. Belgian yeast adds playful character. Bottle conditioning assures a perfectly heady experience. Brewed as a Belgian tripel but with American boldness, Panty Peeler is delicious yet spirited. Originally named Extreme Polar White Bier, it got nicknamed "Panty Peeler" along the way. Then we translated it to French for a while: E'pluche-culotte. Now we're back to calling it Panty Peeler and we've kicked up the coriander and orange peel to represent its original design.

This is a classic American pale ale, featuring a piney citrus hop nose, a full malt body and a clean bitter finish. Paranoids is named after a double black diamond ski run on Mammoth Mountain; the slope is flat… only on a 40 degree angle!

Our pale ale uses lime peel for added aroma and flavor.

Yeasty cappuccino & leather aroma followed by flavors of brown malt and dark toffee. Finished with a hop bite to balance the sweet malt.

An incredibly light and drinkable German inspired Pilsner. Brewed with Pilsner and carapils malts, balanced with German Tettnang, Spalt and Perle hops. A judicious and carefully measured amount of deionized and deoxygenated water brings this beers alcohol content down without jeopardizing its subtle flavor profile.

The beer was named after Father V.Ševčík, who established the joint-stock company in 1896 and helped to establish the brewery in uneasy times. Taste: it is characterized by its well-balanced fullness and combines the taste priorities of both 10 degree and twelve degree beers. The beer is again brewed using only Moravian ingredients, Moravian malt and Moravian hops. Alcohol content should be 4.4 %.

In the spirit of most Trappist breweries, Patriarch is our “patersbier” or “father’s beer”, the first beer brewed when a new pitch of yeast arrives and what is used to grow the yeast for all our other beers. Patuxent Pale Ale combines complex malt flavors with a generous portion of flowery and citrus hops. Hop flavors and aromas of pineapple, lemon, and stone fruits mated to a malt backbone of 2-row and Pilsner malts make for a very tasty and well balanced beer. The style, “Pale Ale”, is one of the most popular and originated in England. Our Pale Ale takes the traditional flavors, and ramps them up to create a true American-styled Pale Ale reminiscent of the quality craft brews found in the Pacific Northwest and California. So, why “Patuxent Pale Ale“? That’s a simple answer. The life of Southern Maryland revolves around this beautiful river and it’s tributaries. From St. Mary, Calvert, Charles, and through points north, the Patuxent is our lifeblood!

Pau Hana Pilsner has a bright golden color with a creamy white head. Floral Saaz hops contribute to the spicy hop flavor and refreshingly dry finish. Euro Pils malt provides refined malt sweetness that compliments the hop profile.

Compared to pale wheat beer, dark wheat beer has a greater dark malted wheat content, hence its enticing chestnut brown colour. The substantial 12.4% original gravity gives it its irresistibly pleasant taste, while its fresh, strong aroma reveals a hint of roasted malt.

The name of the beer Paulaner originates from the monks of Saint Francis of Paola, who resided in Neuhauser Straße, in Monaco. Red beer special features a nice contrast between the sweet caramel malt and hop bitterness, they are perceived toasty, spicy and torbate.

Paulaner Premium Pils is brewed in strict accordance with the traditional Pilsner method using only hops from the Hallertau region of Bavaria. This gives it its distinctive, harmonic taste of hops and the delicate bitter Pils aroma. While Pilseners originated from Bohemia, they were first created by a Bavarian brewer.
