Our Pale Ale makes use of Citra hops to get the resinous tones of that oh so wonderful hop variety. Notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and a crispness that cuts deep into the palette. This Pale Ale breaks the mold. Don’t expect your run-of-the mill Pale. This is a malt/hop balanced Pale Ale, akin to an English Pale.

Formerly known as Telemark IPA. Our GABF Gold Medal Winner has a very characteristic copper color from a blend of lightly kilned malts coupled with distinctive bitterness and flavor from Washington state‘s finest hops. This brew is a true Representation of a British Classic! We've changed the classification from an IPA to a Pale Ale because of the evolving hop profiles. When this recipe was origianlly created in 1996, it was an IPA, but now fits better in the Pale Ale category. The name has changed, but it is still the same great beer.

This “Fresh Coast” Pale Ale is brewed with pure glacial, Lake Michigan water and ingredients from our fresh coast region. Wisconsin pale malt forms a robust backbone balanced by heavy handed, multiple additions of locally grown Cascade and Centennial Hops. You will find this beer bursting with roasted malt flavor and bold citrus hop character.

Boulevard Pale Ale is a smooth, fruity, well-balanced beer with year-round appeal. A variety of caramel malts impart a rich flavor and amber color, while liberal use of whole hops adds zest and aroma. Pale Ale is the first beer we brewed, and continues to be a perennial favorite.

Pisgah Pale is a perfect blend of rich organic malts with whole-leaf Chinook and Nugget hops. A crisp, clean profile makes this, our flagship beer, distinct.

This is a true American Pale Ale; well balanced malt to hop flavor. There is a slight caramel flavor up front derived from German Munich malts, followed by a citrus/grapefruit flavor derived from Cascade hops with a peppery flavor bite on the back of the throat.

This beer is enjoyed by those who prefer both character and flavour to their beer. Our Black Oak Pale Ale is a cross between a traditional British Pale Ale and the modern American Pale Ale, and has been awarded several medals. This list includes winning The Canadian Brewing Awards Gold Medal for Pale Ale two years running, and the Best of Show at Fort York Beer Festival. Our Pale Ale has also received excellent reviews in a number of magazines such as Wine Access and Food & Drink. We use premium Canadian two row malt, three select specialty imported malts and lots of hops. Craft brewed with hard work and lots of attention to detail for a consistent, prestige quality beer.
