Consider it the mild-mannered granddaddy of stout. Our version stays true to the classic English style popularized by the Industrial Revolution’s working class. Ruby-hued with strong upfront notes of chocolate and toffee, People’s Porter finishes strong and flavorful, blending delicious herbal hop flavor and just a hint of espresso. Bloody terrific!

A Rye Ale spiced with fresh cracked peppercorns, heavily hopped with Saaz

An Irish Dry stout this is rich, dry, extra-dark, almost black ale. We use English Maris Otter, Black & caramel and Belgian Chocolate malts as well as American Roasted & flaked barley. The dryness comes from the use of roasted unmalted barley and a high hop bittering rate; flaked unmalted barley also adds a creaminess. It is Hopped with German Magnum & American Santiam.

A marvelous, low alcohol “session” beer that’s easy to drink with medium body and just a touch of sweetness for perfect balance. PGA is great for the 19th hole (or any hole in between) or even when you’re just dreaming of those perfect days on the fairway.

This pale ale boast an impressive load of Perle hops and will soothe even the strongest gag reflex. Every savory sip will burst in your mouth with flavor and every drop will leave your wanting for more. Be sure to hold your bottle gently and avoid rough, fast handling... that is, unless, you're into having it sprayed in your face.

Peroni Nastro Azzurro is an intensely crisp and refreshing lager beer, with an unmistakable touch of Italian style.

An American Pale Ale with beautiful citrus notes from the use of Cascade and Simcoe hops followed by a lightly toasted character of American Pale and Munich malts. Whole leaf hops provide a clean bitterness to help showcase the hop resin flavors and refreshing malt profile.

The Black Ale is low in gravity, clean, crisp, and flavor-filled; giving off a bread-like aroma. This beer proves that deep colors do not signify rich potency. Our Black Ale is deceptively light on the tongue.

This recipe reflects the joy and satisfaction Perronelle Chevallier, a renowned forager and long time Aspall matriarch, took from harvesting the blackberries in the hedgerows around the orchards at Aspall. Salmon pink in colour, Perronelle's Blush has an excellent nose comprising a floral, appley and fruit aroma. Attractive apple & blackberry flavours define a sweetish palate, with good acid balance and a long finish of soft fruit flavour, and blackberry tones that enhance the finish.

Persephone (pronounced pur-SEF-uh-nee), the beautiful Goddess of Spring’s bounty, was long considered to be among the purest of all Olympians. One day, while gathering flowers in a field, Persephone was abducted by Hades, who whisked her away to the Underworld to be his Queen. Persephone’s mother, Goddess of the Harvest, was understandably despondent, wandering the Earth in search of her daughter. During that time, warmth disappeared, crops withered, and the land fell into a perpetual winter. At some length, Hades was persuaded to surrender Persephone for one-half of every year – the Spring and Summer seasons – so that flowers could bloom and the earth might bear fruit once more. To this day, the half-year that Persephone spends every twelve months in the Underworld inevitably hearkens the return of a cold and barren period. At Legion Brewing, we just weren’t ready to capitulate to six months of frosty temperatures every year – we live in The South, you know! So we decided to do something about it: Hang on to the warmth of the seasons by brewing a Saison all year long… In tribute, we’re calling her ‘Persephone.’ (Saison – 5.4% ABV, 26 IBUs) We believe that having a Saison on tap throughout the year will remind our customers of what they love about the warmer seasons. Even better, during Harvest periods – when fruits and berries are plentiful in our region – we’ll infuse Persephone with local flavors. We’re pretty sure Persephone’s Mom (the Goddess of grain, agriculture and fertility) would approve…

Peter Brown Tribute Ale is malty American Brown Ale, brewed with molasses, brown sugar, and hopped with Cascade and Centennial. It's just the way Pete would have wanted it.

Petrillo may first come across as an easy drinking pale ale with a refreshing citrus tang, but spend more time with the brew and you'll find the Zythos and Ahtanum hops present a more dramatic flavor - spicy and piney - supported by German-style malts for a beer that plays well under the bandshell or paired with haute cuisine.

Petrus Aged Red is the perfect blending of a prizewinning dark beer, a beer aged in oak barrels and the taste of sour cherries. The result is an exceptional, complex ruby-red jewel which is sweet and sour at the same time.

Viscous top-fermented ruddy-hued brown ale with definite barleywine appeal plies candi-sugared caramel-butterscotch-chocolate permanence above sweet sherry warmth and vinous burgundy-sherry souring. Crisp soft watered flow pacifies chewy molasses-dipped raisin-prune penetration, scant banana-cherry bruising, and dewy peat dankness.

Dark ruby red – red as wine. The style is also called the Burgundy of Flanders, and is a very typical and common beer in West Flanders Created by a secret blend of the aged and sour ‘mother beer’ with fresh brewed sweeter beer, this beer produces a sour-sweet balance, set off by the underlying bitterness of the hops. A discovery! The best in its style! Light in alcohol, exciting complex flavors and tastes come to the forefront. Although serving cold is recommended, taking time to drink it will release more aromas towards the end of your glass.

A full strength and quaffable American lager with a hint of European flavor. Pfeifferhorn lager has a subtle malt flavor, and clean, crisp finish. A fine spicy and slightly herbal noble hop profile which barely lingers on the palate, 5.3% alcohol by volume.
