Outrage is an IPA (India Pale Ale) featuring the robust and assertive flavors of American hops balanced by a slightly sweet malt body and high alcohol content. We use only the highest quality English malts to create a bright copper color and smooth rich body for this ale. Maris Otter Pale Malt, Crystal Malt, and a small addition of Wheat Malt supply the backbone and alcohol sweetness that help balance out this beer. However hops are the real feature of Outrage. Simcoe, Cascade, Centennial, Galaxy, Amarillo and Citra hops are added throughout the brewing process to yield an assertive hop bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit, a fruity and sweet hop flavor, and a complex aroma with notes of citrus (orange, tangerine and grapefruit), spice, and earthiness. Dry hopping (adding hops directly to the tank during the fermentation process) helps to further accentuate the wonderful and unique aromas of the six American hop varieties. Look for huge flavor and aroma from Outrage Ale with a noticeable “kick” from the alcohol content.

Named in honor of John’s flying days, this citrusy dry-hopped pale ale will take you soaring over orange groves and fields of spicy nasturtium. Like the many stops a puddle jumper makes, we drop in four different hops for the bittering flavor aroma complexity. Expect a slightly more robust hop flavor and aroma than your average pale ale.

This brown beer is brewed with six varieties of malted barley and balanced with three generous hop additions. You'll find a big malt body with bitter bones. Enjoy this beer.

If You’re Not Living On The Edge, You’re Taking Up Too Much Space We’ve never been to India and neither has this beer. We believe the American Style has changed what an IPA is. More Hops, more grain, and more flavor. This is an American IPA. Over the Edge takes a great balance of 5 grains and then ramps it up with West Coast hops that were born in the shadows of the cascades. We use these Hops in 7 different additions to create an adventure from the beginning of the sip all the way to the burp. This beer has a blood orange color and thick white head. The beer starts with great hop aroma and malty sweetness followed by citrus orange full bodied flavor, finishing with clean piney end and cascade aroma’s. This beer will not only show you what an American IPA is, it will take you Over the Edge!

Overall IIPA is - as its name indicates - an Imperial India Pale Ale that has been created through close cooperation between the two beers and our good friends from Mikkeller. The starting point was to make a tribute to the American beer culture in which the beer should taste of something and have character, unlike the urine stained pseudoøl we often drink in Denmark! At first sip, time stands still briefly before your taste buds will be bombarded with a hop experience dimensions, giving hints of pine, lemon and grapefruit and are only being reined in by the alcohol sweetness. You discover suddenly Bib IIPA is everywhere in your mouth and forget for a while tax debt, work, and the dishes and let their shoulders drop a couple of centimeters. You dream away for a moment before you realize that the glass was empty and you'll have to have another one. Of the slightly more brews technical things can be said that it has been tørhumlet with not less than 20kg per hop. 1000 liters, so we're talking basically about a hoppy punch of dimensions!

An Oatmeal Stout with the addition of Cold Water Extract from Wandering Goat Coffee Company’s Chupacabra Espresso Blend. Charleston's got a rep as a friendly city. We're probably on some dumb list for it. All we know is word has spread further south to Florida, because our friends from Boca Raton's Funky Buddha Lounge & Brewery told us "people in Charleston so so damn friendly" at the 2013 Great American Beer Festival. Sure, we smile. We wave. We say hello, "hey y'all," and other cute stuff. But that friendliness can be a little overwhelming to folks that aren't used to it. Same goes for this IPA, whose name came from our intern, Brynn. A double dose of Citra and Sorachi Ace in the boil and the dry hop impart a massive, citrusy nose to the beer, which is backed up by pale and wheat malts. We love hops, but if you're not used to them, this might be too much. Don't worry, we'll keep smiling at you. When we add cilantro, jalapeno, and pineapple to this, it becomes Muy Amigo IPA.

Deep River Brewing Company's Oxbow IPA is a light bodied full flavor IPA that has a rotating hop profile.

Traditionally in London at about the time of Dickens, Stout and Oysters were the poor man's meal, taken as good hearty tasty food. There are no Oysters in Oyster Stout, but the association is well established and you can now enjoy this great tasting traditional English Stout. The unique character of Oyster Stout is brought about by fermentation with the Marston's strain of yeast. Taken from the Burton Unions, this yeast is very active and gives full attenuation of beer giving a dry clean after-palate. English Aroma Hops, Fuggles and Goldings are added for their fruity, floral and spicy contribution to the taste with the majority of the bitterness coming from the roasted malts. Pacific Crest Pale is a beer developed around balance. The sweet malt backbone is offset by just the right amount of hop bitterness and aroma to establish harmony in your mouth. This beer was brewed with the outdoor enthusiast in mind which is accentuated by the piney, citrus and floral notes that you will find on your palate.

The name “Schwarzbock” derives from the German word for black (“schwarz”) and strong beer (“bock”). Pacific Schwarzbock is true to German-style bocks, with an alcohol content of 8%, yet remarkably drinkable with no alcohol taste but a nice warm body that beer connoisseurs are looking for. Pacific Schwarzbock is brewed with just enough black malts to give the beer its deep black color without tasting burned. In fact, to the contrary, Pacific Schwarzbock has a nice velvety body with lots of warm mouth feel. The black malts come through just enough to provide a subtle hint of coffee notes.

Pacifica, a 4 % pale ale, is well hopped using four varieties of hops from countries bordering the Pacific Ocean. These provide an excellent citrus character to the beer which is supported by the highest quality English malt. A very refreshing beer.
