Hoppy and refreshing, Wolf Pup is our riff on a Session IPA. Highly drinkable with a wildly aromatic tropical and citrus character, it’s the perfect companion to keep on sippin’ for those long, sunny days.

Humulus Lupulus, wolf vine, or more commonly, the hop plant, shares with its namesake a rather interesting trait: after a decidedly unthreatening beginning to life, upon maturity each species stakes their claim. And with neither mercy nor conscience, will tirelessly strive for, and usually achieve, total territorial domination.

Wolfhound is much like the beast (both the dog and the Empire) for which it's named – A great companion as long as you're mindful of the teeth. The substantial malt character is chewy and warm with rich, roasty coffee notes mingling with dark chocolate and fruit, all perched upon a firm hop profile. The final product is deep and complex with layers and layers of flavor, all culminating in a satisfying finish with slight, malty sweetness. Enjoy Wolfhound this winter on it's own or with chocolate, vanilla or coffee desserts.

Aged for over a year, WolfINstein is an amped up version of our American Stout. More malt, more hops and a whole lot more alcohol. Deep black in color with a tan head. This beer is velvety smooth on the mouth. Starting with just a touch of alcohol heat, intense coffee and chocolate flavors and ending with just the perfect amount of hop bitterness to balance the entire experience. What a perfect dessert beer!

Its strong malty taste, and dark roasted color is balanced by hop bitterness and sweet aroma. Barley wine is anything but a new style, as it dates back to the Middle Ages. This beer is known for its high alcohol and smooth drink ability.

A delicately smoked Kölsch hopped with German-grown Herkules & Hallertau Blanc hops; brewed with a blend of oak-smoked wheat malt & cherry wood-smoked barley malt (6% of the grist) for subtle, smooth & lightly-fruited smoke aromas; clean & dry, with a touch of doughy bread & hop-driven notes of pine, lemongrass & black pepper on the palate; brewed in collaboration with Tim Adams, Mike Fava & Greg Jasgur of Oxbow Brewing Company (Newcastle, Maine).

Before it was the Natural State or the Land of Opportunity, Arkansas was promoted as the Wonder State for the beauty & bounty found within her borders. This Belgian style Saison makes use of that bounty with Arkansas grown wheat & rye from Eagle Seed and local honey from Bemis Honey Bee Farm and Supplies. This flavorful & refreshing brew is great by the glass at your favorite local watering hole or on the go in a growler as you explore the wonder Arkansas has to offer!
