Collaboration brew with Salud Bottle Shop and Cerveceria. Pale ale with milk sugar, hopped with Columbus, Amarillo, Huell Melon and Mosaic! La Leche is a big-little juice bomb. Hop bitterness is tempered by the milk sugar, allowing a flavor explosion of hoppy juice and aroma.
The nitro pour cascades into the glass. Aromas of chocolate, roasted coffee, and vanilla. The initial taste of roast and chocolate eventually give way to caramel, vanilla, and sweet creamy finish.
While exploring the variations possible in sour beer, our brewing staff went to the dark side, creating a dark sour and aging it in our own Retribution Imperial Stout barrels. The result is a light/medium-bodied barrel-aged sour combining the tart sweetness of Sour Me This, with the Bourbon, vanilla, and charred wood notes of Retribution for a complex, yet highly drinkable new hybrid.
This easy-drinking IPA has a golden hue and refreshing, citrus-like aroma created from dry hopping with Cascade, Citra, and Lemon Drop hops. It has a bright, hoppy flavor, supported by a discreet malt base for a brew that doesn't sacrifice flavor for drinkability.

This is Witbier gone rogue. Refreshing grapefruit citrus character leads into a soft wheat body, finishing with subtle hints of spicy cardamom.
X-1 005 is massively hopped with just one hop variety: Ella, a powerful and juicy hop from Australia that lends aromas of apricot, mango and guava. A sweet and complex malt profile adds to the juiciness of the hops and serves to balance the copious amounts of Ella.
Brewed in the old British style with Maris Otter and unfiltered. Hops are all West Coast hops reminiscent of flowering fields, citrus groves and redwood forests.
Bourbon Street Mint Julep Stout is a stout that has fresh spearmint added and is aged in small batch bourbon barrels. It is brewed with a combination of pale, caramel, and roasted malts. The caramel and roasted malts give the beer its dark color and sweet roasted flavors. After fermentation and aging the beer is transferred into the bourbon barrels. It is then aged for another 8 weeks to absorb all of the flavors from the barrels. The beer is the then transferred from the barrels into another aging tank where the mint leaves are added. The result is a flavorful stout with chocolate and roasted flavors from the malt, refreshing flavors from the mint, and warming bourbon flavors from the barrels.
This one is all about the Citra Hop. An absolute bruiser of an IPA; Nomadic pushes the limits of its weight-class with a well hidden 7.5% ABV and enough bitterness to balance out its size without abusing your palate. First sniff and the huge pineapple and papaya notes punch you directly in the nose, only to be followed up immediately with a pungent kick of freshly harvested Humboldt buds, finishing with a perfectly even fight for your palate's attention between the tropical and the dank. Mild aromatic malt character never waivers from first round to the last, aiding in balancing out this beastly IPA. Juicy and stinky, sticky but not sweet, Nomadic IPA will unrelentingly drag your taste buds from the shores of Hawaii to the coffee shops of Amsterdam.
In an attempt to explore all corners of the juicy spectrum we stumbled across a necessary part of the team, OverRipe, our IPA that is bursting at the seams with tropical white wine juice flavor. Jam-packed with English character malts, OverRipe! IPA's body is husky with lively notes of granola and freshly made bread dough. The chewy body quickly becomes drenched in juicy flavors of passion fruit, Sauvignon Blanc wine grape, fresh juiced grapefruits, and other tropical fruit courtesy of the Blanc hops. As the cacophony of tropical fruits and white wine drifts across the palate, it morphs into a unique flavor profile we can only begrudgingly describe as strawberry banana yogurt. The backbone of this beer is its Vermont Ale yeast which provides a perfect accompaniment of bright peach-like esters that only enhances the treasure-trove of fruit juiciness. OverRipe! IPA fits the mold of everything we love in a proper IPA with a wonderfully unique fruity profile that won't find in any other beer.
Traditional wheat beer styled after those from south Germany. Cloudy with pineapple notes. Subtle spiciness complements the bready, wheat-yeast flavors.
Pooltime Ale is a refreshing Belgian-inspired Wheat Ale with light clove notes. The truly distinguishing feature is the use of 100% Montmorency tart cherries grown in the Traverse City region of Michigan. These cherries add a subtle tartness and bright counterpoint to the other flavors, enhancing Pooltime’s fruity character and making it the perfect beer for all summer activities.
