This special edition of Free Rise, one of our signature farmhouse ales, highlights locally sourced Danko Rye from Valley Malt and Nelson in the dry hop. A zesty lime & citrus hop profile is balanced with subtle, nutty malt character and a delicate black pepper spice. Light in body, with a clean, bone-dry finish, Nelson Dry Hopped Free Rise is a welcomed addition to our family of farmhouse ales.

In the spirit of tenacity and camaraderie, Mettle was first created to highlight the milestone of our inaugural year as a brewery. With an intense dual dry-hop treatment of Amarillo and Citra, this medium-bodied Double IPA beckons with aromatics of peach and nectarine. A fusion of grape juice and candied citrus greet the palate while accents of white-wine, grassy hop, and a mellow bitterness reveal themselves on a smooth, dry finish. We continue to brew Mettle in recognition of our devoted following of hopheads that have supported us from the very beginning. Passion Project is our latest experiment: a combination of exotic ingredients and processes to create something crazy delicious and original. In addition to Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces, and Lactobacillus, this beer was fermented with Pichia—a yeast rarely found in beer. Carefully controlled, it can unleash intense tropical aromas and flavors. We added ginger, grains of paradise, and passionfruit to this farmhouse ale, aged it in oak barrels with cedar spirals, and dry-hopped it with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops.

A welcome assault of sweet and salty goodness. Brewed with roasted malts and vanilla - with just a touch of sea-salt - to evoke the flavors of salted toffee. Finishes clean and dry.

From atop our brewery's roof, if the sun shines hard enough to burn away the bay's semi-permanent blanket of fog, we are gifted beautiful views of sailboats dancing across the San Francisco Bay. Daydreams of what it's like to be on one of those boats float through our heads as sweat from the brewday drips to the ground. While on the boats they are enjoying their tiki drinks, while we'll be alleviating the heat with some Caribbean Queen. Inspired by a blend of various tiki drinks, the result is a beer soured to the point of mouth puckering acidity and is then fermented with passion fruit, red sour cherries, oranges, limes, and El Dorado hops. The result is an over the top fruity Catamaran of a sour beer ripping through your palate and leaving only tart and juicy greatness in its wake.

Claritas is our 2016 World Beer Cup–winning Kölsch ale. This refreshingly smooth, authentically German beer is light straw in color, infused with light fruit and bready aromatics from the German Pilsner malt, hops, and yeast. The second creation in our "Captured Yeast" series, our brewers continue in wander roads less traveled to create beers that are one-of-a-kind and hyper local. Two Roads, along with some beer loving biology professors at a local university, captured yeast for an experimental barley patch growing on the Two Roads grounds. We then countrified our beer with a little barrel-aging in matured oak barrels for a totally unique and funky beer experience.

Oh wow. They say the nose knows, but Freaky Peach pulls a fast one. Its aroma promises charred caramel and grilled stone fruit, but the flavor delivers waves of bright peaches, spun sugar and whiskey sour. It’s young. It’s tart. It’s super-freaky.

Our Summer Seasonal is hot and sweet, like a weekend rendezvous in Fiji. Habanero peppers infuse this elixir with a welcome heat that balances perfectly against a backdrop of green tea, guayusa and copious amounts of dried organic Mango. Cheers to warm breezes and sunshine.
