An unfiltered Pils dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Hüll Melon, two of the newer hop varieties from Bavaria. Both hops have more pronounced floral and tropical fruit overtones, while still retaining the character of the more traditional Noble hops classically used in Pilsner beers.

The Defenestrator is an annual collaboration brew with The Cask Café. This ruby brown doppelbock has a malty, sweet, bready aroma, with mild fruitiness. The clean, full-bodied mouthfeel leads into a pronounced nutty flavor and malty, bready sweetness, ending in a crisp finish. An easy-drinking, mellow doppelbock, despite the ABV.

A farmer’s sense of improvisation in a bottle, this light, rustic beer is fermented on a complex field yeast. Begins with light floral notes and ends with a peppery finish. Taste the terroir.

Our amber beer reminds us of Île-à-Roux. During the prohibition period of 1919, a farmer named Roux, whose land bordered the Three Lakes, decided to build a clandestine bar on an artificial island in rock. As the island was under federal jurisdiction, the "alcohol police" could not be there. Built on stilts, guests arrived by boat and passed through a trapdoor to access the bar. L'Île-à-Roux is an Irish Red Ale, with aromas of caramel and biscuit, which coats the mouth and lets us taste its sweet side.

In marlinspike seamanship (nautical ropework), a splice is a method of joining together rope parts to make a union more permanent than a knot. Similar is our adjoining with our good friends at The Reluctant Trading Experiment, purveyors of the high-grade imported Icelandic Flaky Sea Salt and Coriander used in this salty, sour and aromatic brew. Our Gose has an unlikely union of parts combining to form something heavenly and unique. This is not a run of the mill beer; let’s be honest, it’s somewhat wacky and we made it reluctantly. But you’ll be glad we did!

Brewed with smoked sea salt and pineapple to give a tropical twist on this traditional German sour.

Paxked full of Polaris and Citra hops, this special release collaboration with Barnhouse Brewery (Leesburg, VA) was aggressively dry-hopped New England style for a ton of up-front hop flavor and a clean finish.

A Helles style lager, that’s straw in colour, full strength with more malt flavour than a typical Australian lager. The addition of the exciting new hop 'Vic Secret' as a dry hop adds a modern Australian twist.

Party Crasher is an easy drinking IPA loaded with late addition Citra and Mosaic hops. The aroma is fruit citrus with an earthy pine resin. A subtle hop bitterness leads to a soft malt backbone. The beer finishes long and dry.

Alt Nouveau is a decidedly hoppy take on the style, reviving a brand the brewery first released in the mid-nineties. The Art Nouveau style illustration on the label is inspired by the artichoke plantings at North Coast’s partner, Fortunate Farm, in Caspar.

Caltucky is an American twist on a Russian Imperial Stout. Brewed with Wheat, Corn, and Rye just like a good Bourbon, then rested for 4 months on Old Forester Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. The robust richness of the imperial stout and characteristics of the rye and bourbon have matured into a complex, spicy, and flavorful stout.
