We infuse our dry cider with Fiji ginger to add refreshing citrus notes and a hint of ginger heat to a tart apple base. Pairs well with sun and patios. Dry.

This full-strength American style pale ale pours a brilliant clear pale gold in the glass. It is subtly hopped with some of the newest Australian hops - Ella, Topaz and Enigma –providing a fresh take on classic floral, spicy and fruity notes.

This bitter has delicious fruity aromas of passionfruit and grapefruit, which are produced by ‘dry-hopping’. The hops add flavour and aroma without bitterness at this point, and give the beer a great pungency and depth. The beer also has a rich malt profile which balances the bitterness well.

In the days before Prohibition, Cream Ale was the preferred beer style of the blue collar worker. Lill Moxie is our nod to the Cream Ale originally brewed by The Chicago Brewery on the corner of Lill and Diversey, and the factory workers who enjoyed it. We added a dry hop to this clean and refreshing ale that has a slightly sweet malt body and undertones of corn that complement our signature house yeast flavor.
