Duck Duck Juice

The latest in our NE Style IPA series, Duck Duck Joose is decidedly different than our first two Hazy IPAs. Built with a 50 / 50 mix of wheat and barley, we added almost no bittering hops to the batch and added massive amounts of Pacific Gem, Huell Melon, Mosaic, Simcoe, and even whole leaf Belma hops to the whirlpool and in two separate dry hops. The resulting beer has a super smooth month feel and a refreshing finish with berry notes.

Frame The Butcher

The Kinkaider well pulls up glorious Nebraska Sandhills water. We merge that with the perfect blend of hops to give Frame the Butcher IPA fresh aroma and a bright taste. The Legend: Solomon Butcher failed as a farmer, a salesman, a teacher and a Postmaster. When he finally found his calling, taking photos of more than 1,000 sod houses across Nebraska, some called him a fool. Nowadays he is called “Photographer of the Plains” and in Custer County, a framed Butcher is never more than a stone’s throw away.
