Large in stature and menacingly juicy, Tiger Uppercut Double IPA will artfully attack the senses like it has eight well-trained limbs. Jumping into the ring with some of our favorite hops, notes of cantaloupe and sweet peach waft through the air slowly morphing into an aroma of bright citrus and weed sorbet. With a scent so full of vigor it clinches you and pulls you right into the glass for a taste. First you get hit with the grainy yet velvety body, then a one-two punch of hop juice swarms your tongue relentlessly, hammering away with flavors of star fruit, cantaloupe melon, guava, and a combination of orange and clear gummy bears that can only be accomplished by biting the head off one and attaching it to the body of the other. Tiger Uppercut Double IPA is a brutish yet beautiful beer that may smash the senses of any farang it comes across; but is gentlemanly enough to shake your hand after and grant you a second round.

Veritas 018 is a "redux" of Veritas 015, a gold-medal winner at GABF 2015 in the category, "Wood and Barrel Aged Beer" and also at FOBAB 2015 in the category, "Wild Beers w/ Fruit" as well as The 2015 San Diego International Beer Festival in the category, "Other Sour Beer." Veritas 018 was aged in oak with Peaches and Nectarines from Masumoto Farms as well as added Apricots.

Can I get a What What? What? Yep, you heard right. A collection of C hops and a dash of Equinox create waves of hop flavor and perhaps a bit of a smackdown over a lightly sweet malt backbone. Sniff. Sip. Sniff. Sip. Sniff. Sip. Dang, all gone. What I say?

The Cooper Project is a rotating series that highlights Goose Island’s expertise in barrel-aging. The first release of 2017, this scotch ale, pours a deep copper color that precedes notes of rich malt, toffee, and subtle roast for a seamless blend of beer and barrel flavors.

The first edition of our charitable IPA series benefits our friends at Sustain Charlotte. Brewed with copious amounts of flaked oats and Simcoe hops, this beer has a smooth, silky mouthfeel with notes of citrus and pine.

Collaborative juicy IPA brewed with Upslope Brewing. We each brewed the beer with hop products containing no leaf matter. Odd 13 was brewed with lupulin powder (Mosaic and Simcoe), Upslope was brewed with hop extracts

Not too much heat and not too much sweet. Made from mango and Comapeno peppers from Mexico.

An Imperial Brown Porter reminiscent of English toffee. Chocolate, caramel, slight coffee notes with a barely perceptible hint of smoke dance over the palate. This recipe is the brainchild of Dr. Paul D. Ogg, developed during his home-brewing days.

This classic Vienna Lager is crisp and easy drinking. Munich and caramel malts are used to create a malty flavor with a touch of breadiness and a light sweetness. German noble hops round out the flavor profile of this clean, authentic amber lager. No pretzels were harmed in the making of this beer, but we can’t vouch for pretzel safety while you imbibe!

Low impact bitterness, high impact aroma and flavor. Simcoe lays the hop foundation for this extremely delicious, flavorful and quaffable American India Pale Ale. Tropical citrus, orange and pine flavors meld seamlessly.

Sour IPA combines two of our greatest passions: West Coast IPAs and barrel-aged sours. We started by brewing a mixed-culture sour base beer with the addition of a massive amount of Mosaic hops in the whirlpool. The Brettanomyces-forward ale was then aged in a mix of new and used oak barrels, allowing complex tartness and pronounced oak character to develop. We finished this “Sour India Pale Ale” with an intense double dry-hopping regimen of Citra, Simcoe, Galaxy and Nugget in the barrels and the blending tank. The result is a bright and complex citrus and pineapple hop bomb!

Oatmeal pale w lactose

Natural Lager is exactly what the name suggests. Four ingredients go in and this beer comes out. Just hops, malt, water and yeast we don’t even filter it. Because of that, our version has a hazy golden appearance that makes it different from most other lagers. The three varieties of noble Australian hops we add give off a subtle citrus aroma and provide very light bitterness.

Carlton Cold is a super refreshing mid-strength beer – filtered below zero for a clean, fresh taste at 3.5% ABV. This beer presents as bright golden amber with a subtle bitterness and a clean, dry finish. Carlton Cold comes in a new, tall, clear glass 355mL bottle and a 375mL can featuring thermo chromic ink technology which enables consumers to see, through a change in colour on the label, when their beer is ice cold and at the optimal drinking temperature.

Toasty, malty backbone with a bunch of caramel giving it body. Bone dry and super refreshing.

Nutty Operator is a peanut butter version of Smooth Operator; a smooth, rich, full-bodied oatmeal stout. Heavy on the oats and chocolate malt, this complex beer balances out with a medium roast character, followed by huge flavors and aromas of peanut butter; like drinking a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.

A specially chosen strain of London Ale yeast gives Redoak’s Organic Pale Ale a distinctive fruity character with a firm hop bitterness and rich malty flavour, resulting in a very unique, flavoursome and refreshing beer.
