Our blonde ale shows off the delicate aromas and flavors of the Huell Melon hop, as honeydew and strawberry aroma waft from the glass, soft bitterness rounds things out in this dry, easy drinking blonde.

Notes of sweet caramel and pine on the nose offer a great preview of what's to come. The classic American hops compliment the subtlety sweet yet pleasantly dry flavors from the Cara malts. A true to style classic, old-school American IPA

Pale malts and light bitterness make for an easy drinking experience.

Brewed with 10 gallons (120 lbs) of raw, AZ Mesquite Flower Honey on a classic Abbey yeast strain! The nose has nice notes of Mesquite wood and brown sugar from the honey, followed nicely by hints of spicy phenols (clove and pepper) from the yeast. The mouthfeel is initially nice and bright, flowing smoothly into a full flavor from both the honey and the yeast, with a slight hint of pepper and lemon from the subtle hops we used. Finishing nice and dry, it is hard to believe this beer clocks in at 8.5%. A nice and easy way to enjoy those perfect AZ days that blend between Winter and Spring.

Dark and warming. Made with plenty of specialty malts, this beer has notes of dark stone fruits and molasses. Our house Belgian yeast strain dries the beer out just enough to balance these malts.

Born of 100% German malts and Noble hops, this ale is brewed in the Cologne tradition, using strict Reinheitsgebot purity laws. It’s as clear as a lager, without all the cellaring.

The “I can’t believe it’s not a lager” ale … and a tough style to make correctly. We use all German grains, noble German hops and cook using the “hoch-kurz” mash profile to draw out both sweet and dry notes for the specialized German yeast to work with. Our version adds a touch of wheat malt for body and character.

The younger brother of our Beetle Kill Imperial Brown ale, this brown stands-alone with a great body and nutty finish. Makes squirrels do the happy dance!

Briefcase Brown is a rich and malty ale with notes of caramel, chocolate and light roast. Brewed with local sorghum molasses, this distinguished ale will quench the desire of those looking for something a little more uptown.

This is our version of a white IPA. The base of this beer is a wheat giving you nice body, mouth feel and a sweet finish. Brewed with Sorachi Ace hops to give you a lemon grass taste. It is the perfect IPA for spring.

This is a mild, pale, light-bodied ale, made using a warm fermentation and cold lagering.

Our third coast IPA has a layered caramel sweetness from Crystal malts and tropical flavor and aroma from Citra hops.

Chief is a hazy pale ale dry-hopped with an incredible amount of resinous, dank hops. This beer has a lower ABV than our IPAs, yet maintains a similar hop presence as our popular IPA - Fuego.

Stumptown Coffee Roasters’ Cold Brew Coffee is blended with an IPA made using Rogue Farms hops for a unique interplay of hops and coffee flavors. Opening with a huge hit of rich coffee aroma that is balanced by a not-so-subtle hop punch, the transition is seamless from one bold flavor to the next.

This Session IPA uses a Vienna malt base and flaked maize to create great body and depth in a low ABV beer. The hops and yeast provide loads of tropical citrus and peach, with a hint of earthy spice.
