Aroma of toasted hazelnuts and cocoa up front with the slightest hint of vanilla and caramel from the Oak - a tribute to the White Oaks of AZ and the Autumn Season. Bee's Knees Belgian Blonde

Brewed with 10 gallons (120 lbs) of raw, AZ Mesquite Flower Honey on a classic Abbey yeast strain! The nose has nice notes of Mesquite wood and brown sugar from the honey, followed nicely by hints of spicy phenols (clove and pepper) from the yeast. The mouthfeel is initially nice and bright, flowing smoothly into a full flavor from both the honey and the yeast, with a slight hint of pepper and lemon from the subtle hops we used. Finishing nice and dry, it is hard to believe this beer clocks in at 8.5%. A nice and easy way to enjoy those perfect AZ days that blend between Winter and Spring.
