A spur line is a track that takes you away from the main line. Spur Line is a gluten free ale, dark and hoppy enough so that you know that you are on the right track, even if it’s not where everyone else is going.

In the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France, home of Biere de Garde, is the Strait of Calais. The first offering in our Navigator Series of barrel-aged beers, we started with a caramel-toffee, copper colored ale of the traditional style. From there it was aged a shade over 6 months in freshly emptied bourbon barrels from our friends in Kentucky where it got a dose of honey infused with truffles.  Oui! Oui! The resulting beer is gently carbonated, with a whipped lacy head, aromas of earth, bourbon and white oak char. Take your time, sip and enjoy the changing complexities.

Born out of pure creation…and maybe a little bit of convenience … this version of Amber is a combination of lighter bodied grains and citrusy cascade hops. The result is an award winning beer that is unique and flavorful. Malty and clean with just a touch of caramel nuttiness and pine to finish it off. Tastes like it smells when climbing Sugarloaf Mountain in the rain.

A hearty, full flavored Double IPA, featuring a generous blend of Simcoe, Columbus, Galaxy & Mosaic hops. Well balanced & piney up front, with a dry, clean finish, that’s not too sweet.

A well balanced West Coast IPA utilizing a generous blend of six hops; featuring Simcoe, Citra & Mosaic varieties. Very tropical and citrusy up front, with a piney, dank baseline & a dry, clean finish.

A light, crisp Session IPA featuring Citra & El Dorado hops. Citrus notes up front, with a light juicy body and a clean, dry finish.

Our version of the West Coast Style IPA first brewed in collaboration with Amager Brewery in Denmark. Brewed with one malt, Golden Promise from the UK, with Citra and Mosaic hops. If you think Todd is a good brewer, you should hear him play his axe (guitar)! Named by Amager’s marketing director Henrik Papsø.

The legend of Uncrushable started with the death of our grain mill while trying to make our RIS. The result was a relatively wimpy, yet crowd pleasing English Stout. So, we set pen to paper to calculate how to make the same beer intentionally. In our humble opinion, this one is even better!

Refreshing wheat, brewed with 50% 2-row and 50% wheat malt. This allows the beer to have a smooth mouth feel and a lingering wheat taste. We finished this beer with centennial hops to add a citrus and floral finish.

A sophisticated blonde ale derived from a classic Belgian Abbey yeast; accentuated by a floral, aromatic hop profile and commingled with a blend of the locally sourced Wildflower and Sourwood honeys.

Made with our own house Belgian yeast with a taste of ginger and coriander. We used Centennial hops to give a slight citrus flavor.

American-Style India Pale Ale with blueberry and stone fruit hop flavors

A very pale, refreshing, low alcohol German wheat beer with a clean lactic sourness

A surprisingly complex Belgian Stout with notes of chocolate, vanilla dn coffee. The addition of Belgian candy sugar adds incredible depth to a bold Russian Imperial Stout.
