Rus (pronounced Roos) - smooth, rich, dark Russian Imperial Stout with a balanced resinous hop. Named for the hearty people who conquered the area we now know as Russia. This beer is brewed to keep you warm on a cold winter night.

Our Oatmeal Stout has a mild roasted malt aroma with strong notes of chocolate and coffee. The light sweetness of the beer is balanced by a crisp hop bitterness that does not linger on the palate. The flaked oats provide a silky smooth mouthfeel that complements the richness of the roasted grains.

A special release for our 2017 anniversary. A standard Belgian tripel brewed to style: complex, with a mild spicy character, balanced hop bitterness, clove-like phenols and fruity esters from the yeast, and an evident alcohol nudge.

Enough with the run-of-the-mill pumpkin beers. I’m not interested in an ale that takes cues from a frozen coffee drink, and neither are you. That’s why I made Atomic Pumpkin. Does it really feature Habanero peppers? Yep! What about Saigon Cinnamon? Ding! I round it all out with a hearty malt bill that makes for a spicy brew that puts the “Fun” back in Pumpkin. Part of the Project Barista series. Joining forces with roasters Climpson & Sons to deliver a unique kettle sour beer. The most nuanced coffee beer of the four, CapHeine’s biscuity, bready malt notes combine with hibiscus and raspberries and floral/fruity Kenyan coffee beans to create a cacophony of flavour.

One keg per account. This iteration of our DDH Pale series is brewed with 100% Golden Promise malt and fermented with London ESB yeast. The fruity esters produced by this yeast are complimented by tropical fruit aromas from Ella, Ekuanot, and Citra.

A medium-bodied brown ale with a rich malty character and a good dose of American Cascade hops.

A badass American pale ale brewed with flaked oats and a touch of rye. Hopped heavy handedly in the whirlpool with Simcoe powder and El Dorado. Followed by a psychotic dry hop of the same. This beer is crushable, refreshing, and velvety smooth. Subtle hints of grassy earthy hops underneath a thick fluffy blanket of overripe stone fruit and peach ring gummy candy. Like summertime camping in a peach grove with your best friends.

Nice light pilsner style - but low on the bitterness scale

Our dry(ish) January beer. A low ABV IPA using only Mosaic hops. Who needs a hit of the alcohol when you have beautiful hops!

Tough Kitty Milk Stout features layers of caramel and chocolate malt complexity provided by Cara 120, Cara 300 and Patagonia Black Pearl. The addition of rolled oats in the mash tun and lactose, commonly referred to as milk sugar, in the wort kettle lend a round, silky mouthfeel to the beer. Subtle hopping with Bravo and Cascade creates just enough bitterness to prevent the beer from being overly cloying. Deep black in color, Tough Kitty opens with aromas of bittersweet chocolate, espresso and toffee that transition to flavors of the same. The addition of lactose, a non-fermentable sugar, works with the rolled oats to deliver a creamy, lingering finish.

Unicorn Milk is a Cream Ale with some unique flavors. We add Mexican Vanilla and then rest the beer on a bed of blueberries to create a very unique, smooth, slightly sweet drinking beer. This unicorn of a beer was born for the Queen City Beer Festival as a "super brew". But demand for it has now made it a staple in our taproom.

People's porter aged in 20 year old bourbon barrels. This gold medal winning robust porter has a dark, ruby hue, and complex chocolate, caramel, and toffee notes. The bourbon barrels add a vanilla, bourbon character that is unmistakable. We hope you enjoy. SRM 30.1.
