Our head brewer moved to the coast from the North Carolina mountains to create these great tasting beers you're drinking today. To bring some of this High Country flair down to the Crystal Coast, we've paired up with Flat Top Brewing Company to create a taste of the mountains. In this IPA, you'll find the delicate aromas and flavors of forests and meadows - floral orange blossoms and freshly collected wildflower honey. One sip of this, and you'll feel like you've been transported from the hot beach to a cool, brambling brook.

Hazy with hop flavor and aroma. Massive amounts of Citra pair with a very special NZ hop and an as-yet-unnamed experimental varietal. No bittering additions - all hop bursted.

Our semi-dry cider is made from heirloom Michigan apples, then blended with hand-pressed juice from this year's harvest. The final cider offers the scent of ripe apples, a hint of oak, and a touch of sweetness. The Michigan harvest of apples starts in late summer, with the sun still bright and the leaves green. As autumn turns cool, trees turn brilliant orange, yellow, and red; and so do the apples. We use all sorts of Michigan apples grown on local family farms. The blend of these heirloom apples creates a complexity of flavor impossible to achieve with just a few varieties.

The monks at the Abbey of New Clairvaux hold themselves to a higher standard. So when they challenged us to create a beer that transcends all others, our brewers blended Old World tradition with modern-day mastery to deliver the perfect expression of Belgian witbier worthy of a goblet but comfortable in a pint.

A robust Double IPA with complex malt flavours from double the amount of malt matched well with the tropical and fruit flavours from double the amount of Citra and Amarillo hops added late in the boil and dry hopped.

Venusian Pale Ale, a precocious little number using some of the more unusual local flora and fauna you find hanging around here in the less civilized parts of the solar system. Lemon grass, kaffir lime leaf and grapefruit peel that we pinched from rations, meld seamlessly with Venusian Spear Fungus and that funny green stuff the local chappies seem to like licking off the rocks.
