Congregate is our everyday beer, brewed to be enjoyed with good company, good food and for good times. It’s equally inspired by modern hoppy Belgian session beers and the more traditional ‘Patersbiers’ brewed by Trappist monks to drink at meal times.

It seems fitting that Rabbit Hole Brewing would release a beer named after a rabbit, or more specifically named, “The Rabbit”. Rabbit Hole Brewing’s El Conejo is a crisp pale Mexican lager which remains virtuous on the palate. The clean flavors are derived from a simple Pilsen malt profile, floral noble hops and a traditional lager yeast. Extended cold aging, or “lagering” lends a crisp, dry finish that makes this beer perfect on a hot summer day, night or just about any time. In fact, El Conejo has inspired us so that we suggest that you ‘SNARE THE HARE’ while you can. HOPS: Magnum, Tettnang MALTS: Pilsen, Vienna

We’re amped about this one. Our hop partners in Germany are awesome, and hooked us up with Calista, a 2016 release, on top of some of our very favorite strains. Complex aroma from direct-sourced, top notch hop cones, with a clean finish from cold lagering.

Green Coyote Tomatillo Sour is our bright, crisp take on a classic German-style Berliner Weisse. A bountiful spring harvest of tomatillo fruit creates a slight sweetness and tangy bite, while subtle notes of kiwi, cucumber and lemon howl alongside tartness on the tongue. The untamed freshness of Green Coyote will have you lapping it up at high-noon, or in the glow of the moonlight.

Hashed! is our new series of beers done with loads of single varieties of hop hash.

How do you make a Kolsch even more refreshing than it already is? Add cucumber! This week’s NoDable is an ultra-refreshing kolsch brewed with cucumber and coming in at 5.3V. Come soak up the sun on our patio while drinking this perfect beer for the heat. Cheers!

Metatropics is a collaboration beer that flips current IPA orthodoxy onto its head. Wicked weed and Trois Dames love using hops to produce an equatorial, citrusy character, but decided to deconstruct this process to forge something new. This beer employs real pineapple, passionfruit, mango, and grapefruit to emulate tropical hop flavors. The addition of brettanomyces wild yeast takes this beer to new heights of meta-refreshment. The Caribbean has a long tradition of sweet, fruity stouts that are delicious and refreshing in hot weather. While continuing that tradition, we’ve upped the ante on refreshing by adding lemongrass and fresh lemon zest.

Primum was our first brew. We wanted to start with something classically Belgian, that will age gracefully and ultimately be a satisfying and celebratory beer. Our take on the classic Belgian Dubbel famously brewed by Trappist Monks, Primum is a dark, strong beer, rich in malt character, balanced by spicy and fruity notes from our yeast.

Quorum is our nod to the classic abbey brown ales of Belgium. We’ve added our own signature to the style by infusing organic cacao nibs and green cardamom to compliment the character of the Belgian malts and our house Belgian yeast.

Collaboration with 40FT Brewery. We’ve been good buddies with the guys at 40FT for a long time so we we’re really excited to be able to get this beer out to you that we’ve been talking about since before we even started. Modern German malt and hops, meet our house Belgian yeast. Brewed with 100% Red X malt, hopped with Huell Melon and Lemon Drop in the whirlpool and fermented with our house Belgian Yeast.

WoodGrain and Remedy Brewing Co. have come together to create this crushable summer brew. Simple malt character and a subtle English hop profile make Summer Blonde a go-to patio beer.

Tropical fruit and citrus hop notes shine when paired with the sweetness of the Crystal malts used in this moderate body IPA.

Der Bauer (The Farmer) is a hazy golden farmhouse ale that’s dry, crisp and effervescent with fruity esters, citrus hop aromas, rustic yeast flavors and a silky-smooth finish. What sets Der Bauer apart from a traditional saison is that it’s an all-malt bier brewed without any sugar, adjuncts or other flavorings used in many saisons or farmhouse ales produced domestically today, and it uses all German malt and hops.
