Co-piloting this Farmhouse Ale in battle is heaps of malted rye; not just pairing its nutty and earthy flavor with the lemon-soaked hay character from its Saison yeast, but also adding a slick mouthfeel that flies in formation with fruity hop resins leaving a hoppy jet wash in its trail. Aromas of orange marmalade, hard lemon candies, black pepper, and cotton candy drop bombs on your palate like it's 1945 Dresden. As this baron comes in for landing it fires off its diverse flavors with the intensity of a Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IIa, hitting its target with grapefruit peel, white pepper, orange juice, and a unique finish of oak and vanillin. Limited release. Our toast to Cinco de Mayo, this Mexican style golden lager brewed with lime zest is a great beer for all of the hot summer months. Crisp, refreshing and easy drinking with a hint of lime! Salud!

The only thing we have to fear is fear itself. Because it leads to all sorts of irrational conclusions, like dark beers are rich and heavy due to their color. Fauxbia proves that looks can be deceiving. This white stout is mashed at high temperatures with oats and wheat to create the body and mouthfeel of a true stout, but with a light golden color.

This mildly roasty Irish Red is very mellow and smooth with a light body and a slightly dry finish.

Abbey Style Dubbel beer made with red rye, crystal malts, and brewer made invert candy sugar. Yeast derived spicy character melds with fruity candy-like qualities and a dry finish.
