A pre-Prohibition style cream ale brewed with two types of corn for a smooth, authentic taste. Singularly hopped with Cascade for a classic floral finish.

Simply put, this is Surly Hell aged on red oak with the addition of puya chiles. The red oak comes in the form of pieces of oak that have been drilled out in a “honeycomb” pattern to maximize surface area. This adds a warm oak note similar to what you’d find in a freshly toasted barrel. Puya chiles are a Mexican varietal, similar to guajillo but hotter. They have “a light fruity flavor profile, with licorice and cherry undertones that brings to mind wild berries.” CHILE ADDITION: We add actual dried chiles, not an extract HEAT LEVEL: Definitely present and leaning towards warming. Chiles can be difficult to integrate into beer, but this captures both a pleasant heat and the distinctive flavors of the chile. It is very easy to either overwhelm the beer with capsicum heat or go the other direction and become unnoticeable except in name. The name pretty much says it all. Hell can get hot, yo.

Luminous Libation is a full-flavored interpretation of a Trappist Monkís dream beer. This sunshine-yellow liquid radiates with layers of candied sugar and bready malts, and finishes dry with subtle fruit flavor and the natural spiced notes of Belgian yeast.

This Hopped up juicy India Pale Weizen will combine Combine classic Hop flavours of America to Big Classic German Yeast aromas, giving us that last little bit of hope and sunshine to cling to before Autumn Arrives.

Peach aromas shine thru a farmhouse of funk and finshes tart & dry. Bottle conditioned, aged nine months, Hood River peaches & Brett.

Golden stout. Imperial golden ale brewed with brown sugar and honey. Then conditioned on coffee, cacao, and vanilla.

he addition of oats to the mash gives Acres Edge a distinctive creamy body with a touch of sweetness. Named for a favorite campsite at our first “third space,” this oatmeal stout is brewed with special crystal oat malt for a toasty, nutty flavor and rich, roasted character. As you savor Acres Edge, you’ll discover hints of espresso coffee and dark chocolate.

Apricot Flats is a beautiful wheat ale brewed with hundreds of pounds of organic apricots grown in Southern California's high desert. Our mellow wheat balances perfectly with the natural flavors of this stone fruit to create a fresh, pleasantly tart summertime treat. Pairs well with endless sunsets and Hawaiian shirts.

A darkbrown, spicy beer of 6 % ABV, with small quantities of an ‘exotic’ ingredient that creates a slight dryness.

This beer was created as a collaboration with YCH/Hopunion & Country Malt to be featured at the National Homebrewers Conference in Minneapolis June 15-17, 2017. It uses YCH's exiting new hop product, Cryo Lupulin, or as we call it, Hop Hash, over a backbone of the finest Fawcett Maris Otter malt. Loads of Ekuanot and Simcoe Cryo Lupulin gives this beer a wonderful tropical fruit blast.

We proudly present our summer seasonal: Summer Sunset Peach Cider. This cider practically made itself. we took our signature cider blend and added Palisade peaches to taste for the perfect summer evening. It’s not too sweet and has less than 6 grams of sugar per 12 ounce serving. All natural, no concentrates and, of course, naturally gluten free!

Toffee malt sweetness balanced by a bready spiciness from the rye with a touch of roast in the finish.

This seasonal ale, a Graf, is made with a hefty amount of dark crystal malts and fermented with apple juice.

This true English I.P.A. is made with premium malt, three English hop varieties, and a special British yeast culture. Fruity yeast aromas mix with the floral hops to greet your nose as you raise a pint of this brew. The bitterness is assertive, yet it is crisp, dry, and clean. This beer is named for our long time patron, Ed Richardson. This beer was his favorite!

This ale has 50lbs of Anaheim chile peppers which are added during the primary fermentation that ends up adding a great chile flavor. In addition, we add 2lbs of Serrano chile peppers along with the Anahiems just to give it a touch of “heat”. A basic 2-row base malt plus a slight touch of crystal malt give this beer its color which doesn’t impart much flavor. This beer is unlike anything else we have on tap and has a huge following. With a lighter body, 5.7% ABV and 29 IBU’s, this beer has become a classic here at the pub that people can’t seem to get enough of. Also, try it with tomato juice as a “liquid enchilada” for a little bit of a twist!
