Rich, dark and creamy with a combination of coffee and chocolate flavors.

A rich reddish-brown ale brewed with a locally sourced winter barley and four different malt varieties that give this ale its flavor and aroma. The English hop variety East Kent Goldings is lightly used to allow the malt flavors to predominate. With a 4.3% ABV, makes this a very easy and approachable beer to drink.

Belgian White Ale Spiced Beer with Orange Peel, Coriander, and hints of Lemon Citrus.

Our Pale Ale is full of balanced light malt flavors and hops.

We took our smoked black lager and aged it in Scotch whiskey casks for 10 months. The result was still a light mouth feel with smoke coming from the malt used in the beer and the liquor previously stored in these casks. Cheers!

A combination of Pilsner, crystal malt and rolled oats give this ale a nice golden-blonde color with a light-medium body. Amarillo and Lemon Drop hops were used in the kettle as bittering, flavor and aroma additions. This IPA was fermented with a Norwegian farmhouse yeast that got all the way up to 98°F and completed fermentation in 48hrs! We proceeded to dry hop this ale aggressively with a healthy dose of Amarillo, Lemon Drop, Cascade and Citra hops to compliment the fruit esters from the yeast. At 6.2% ABV and 29 BU’s, this farmhouse style IPA has a soft bitterness, lots of citrus flavors and aromas with a subtle funk that should make any hop lovers’ day!

Elegantly balanced pale ale, golden in colour, smooth and malty on the palate and celebrating the vibrant stone fruit & tropical fruit flavours & aromas of Australian hop varieties.

Cloudbank Hefeweizen is a Bavarian-style weiss bier with incredible flavor and aroma. Brewed with imported wheat malt & two-row barley, this unfiltered, German Wheat Bier, fermented with a unique yeast strain, provides banana & clove, with a touch of lemon and fruity esters. The fluffy bubblegum wheat profile and spicy hop character lends to a refreshing, drinkable beer.

This dark wheat beer is a fine, spicy, fermented wheat beer specialty. With 12.6% original wort and 5.2% alcohol by volume, it is bottle-fermented with fine yeast.

Our twist on a Czech Premium Pale Lager, this beer is brewed with 100% NC Epiphany Barley Malt and 100% German Huell Melon hops. Available in the taproom only!

Our Coffee Stout is a classic combination of a traditional stout and premium Signature Blend coffee from a local roaster, Thomas Hammer Coffee. Roasted barley and coffee dominate the aroma, with the sweetness from the stout balancing the acidity of the coffee.

Mahalo! It’s summer – time to hang loose and you want a beer that’s gonna let you play all day. This session IPA fits that bill to a T. But you don’t want some watered-down, boring beer. So we brewed this one with 100% Citra hops for a bright grapefruit-melon-lime-tinged hop flavor and then added just the right amount of sweet pineapple for a balanced summer-sipper. So put your nice shades on and enjoy the hang.
