Aged in 50% Whiskey & 50% port wine barrels

An all malt base adds more body and more flavor. On the palate, notes of toffee and caramel stand out, as well as dried fruit like figs and prunes. Aged with French toasted oak.

This unfiltered wheat beer is made in accordance with styles of beer brewed in southern Germany. The Bavarian yeast lends flavors of bananas and cloves into the finish. Presented with lemon amidst a big, creamy head high atop a delightful thirst quencher.

For our fifth anniversary brew we looked to the Highlands of Scotland for inspiration, imagining a beer fit for a king. The traditional Scottish ale fit the bill nicely, featuring rich malt and a subtle smokiness, but not too cloying or heavy for a summer release. Thus we give you Lion’s Share V, our interpretation of an old-world style with a new-world twist. Aged for months in both 26-year-old Speyside, single malt Scotch whisky barrels and American oak bourbon barrels, it features an array of flavors while never allowing one note to overpower another. The peat smoke intermingles nicely with the vanilla notes from the bourbon, while toffee, honey, and candied fruit round out the beer. The resulting blend is a delicious dram that we think you’ll enjoy sharing with others. We thank you for supporting us these past five years and sharing in our labor of love. Our Raspberry tart we did for our 2nd Anniversary was not only a Gold Medal winner at the Best of Craft Beer Awards, but was also a taproom hit. We made a few changes by lowering the ABV to 5.4% and used our house yeast to create the ultimate summer fruit crusher. A simple malt bill and new age calypso hops lay the groundwork for a lightly hopped American style blonde. The addition of 35 pounds of raspberries after fermentation produces a refreshing, fruit forward summer ale.

Dry-hopped Gose

an unfiltered ale that pours deep gold to amber with a light beige head. Smokey on the nose with a burst of light heat on the finish. Drinks with a mid bitterness similar to a California Pale Ale.

Full bodied and extremely hoppy, this copper ale is brewed with pale and caramel malts and over 15 pounds of East Kent Golding and English Fuggle hops.

This light, refreshing 5.0% German pilsner carries the aromatics of a croissant alongside the flavor of a French baguette.

This 9.0% Baltic Porter carries the aromatics of milk chocolate with the flavors of coconut and chocolate covered almonds, aged in Four Roses bourbon barrels for 12 months.
