An elegantly balanced ale which infuses English malts with American hops. Sweet malty tones of biscuit are balanced by a piny dryness that ushers in a plethora of floral and aromatic hop notes such as tropical fruit, spice, berry, and citrus.

This DIPA is all about the dry-hop. We pushed the pale malt bill to the limit to incorporate colossal levels of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo and Columbus.

In August 2011, a helicopter carrying a group of military service members – many of them Navy SEALs – was downed in Afghanistan. The tragedy is considered the largest single day loss of American lives in the history of Special Operation Forces. The 30 service members (call sign ‘Extortion 17’) plus one military K9 have come to be known as the ’31 Heroes.’ We were approached by some of the local family members of the 31 Heroes about brewing a beer in their honor. Our wheat IPA was made to commemorate these fallen heroes on the date of the fifth anniversary of the crash. A portion of the proceeds of this beer, at the taproom release and in distribution, will go to The Special Operations Warrior Foundation, which provides college scholarships and educational counseling to the surviving children of Special Operations personnel killed in the line of duty.

A clean easy drinking Blonde Ale. Lightly hopped with American hops, citrus and grapefruit come through in the flavor and aroma, but certainly don’t overpower. The addition of some wheat adds a little character.

Our Fall Line is unique, because each batch we brew features a different blend of hops. Azacca hops bring citrus and tropical fruit flavors with a mildly spicy finish to this current batch. Perfect for fruit-forward IPA lovers looking for something with a slightly lower ABV.
