Copper Kettle ESB

This tasty beer is straight out of the copper-lined kettle at the Anderson School Brewery. A vigorous boil in a copper kettle caramelizes the sweet malts, bringing out a bolder flavor. This ESB is an English pub favorite, filled with rich, toasted malts and generous additions of American Hops, like Idaho 7 and Chinook, to balance out the palate.

Dawn Of The Dank

This double India Pale Ale caters more to the fruit flavors of the hops, rather then the citrus notes. While you will still get a hint of citrus, it is the gooseberries, melon, and tropical fruit notes that make this beer unique and dank. Dawn of the Dank is brewed with thirteen hop additions using nine varieties of hops, including Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin that are dry hopped for three weeks.

Derailed: Loral Golden Ale

Belgian beer is delicious, but sadly a lot of it has lost hop character over time due to changing consumer preferences. With that in mind, I wanted to make a really dry, more bitter Belgian-inspired beer with lots of yeast character and a newer hop variety. Also lemon verbena. This is that beer. Think Duvel, with a little extra malt and a lot more hops. The hop variety used is called Loral, which combines ‘Old World’ noble characteristics with ‘American hop’ citrus notes.

Izard Of P.O.G. IPA

As an emergent style, New England IPAs utilize hops that impart a tropical, juicy sweetness rather than the green, dank notes that can come from classic bittering hops. These hazy brews maintain a creaminess all their own. This brew includes POG, or passion fruit, orange and guava, and was originally invented by Mary Soon in Maui in 1971. Šipka

Šipka is a cave located near Štramberk, Moravian-Silesian Region, in the Czech Republic. The story of Pilsner beer is one that changed the world. It is a story of competition, world beer fairs, stolen German yeast, technological advances, and bohemian glass. As teasing as that is, so is our version of this classic beer. Brewed with pilsner malt, Šipka is pale in color and has a distinct Czech hop aroma. It finishes dry with bright acidity and effervescence.

UFO Raspberry Hefeweizen

We have added natural raspberry flavor to our UFO Hefeweizen to create this beer. Consistent with the hefeweizen style, this beer is unfiltered and cloudy with a solid foamy head. UFO Raspberry has a distinctive, hazy rose color. The scent of fresh raspberries hits the nose immediately, along with a subtle bready aroma from the wheat and yeast. The body is light and the unfiltered yeast provides a soft mouthfeel. The taste of the fruit compliments the beer nicely, neither overwhelms the other. There is a faint sweetness on the palate, which finishes cleanly in a semi-dry, tart finish.

'67 Blonde Ale

Everyone’s got a favorite year. Maybe it’s the year you fell in love, or you finally beat your dad at croquet (that cheater). Maybe you mastered the didgeridoo or conquered your aversion to shell peas. For us, it’s 1967, the year that Oregon boldly decided our beaches must belong to everyone. We know - literally awesome. We just had to toast that populist spirit, so we created this delicious, freewheeling namesake. It’s an easy drinker, clean, crisp, and enjoyed by pretty much everyone. Just like our beaches.

We took all there is to love about the IPA, got creative, dry-hopped it a lot, left it unfiltered and shared it openly in the hopes that in some way it may, in turn, inspire you.
