The Resolute Colorado Roots Blonde Ale is entrenched in collaboration with our favorite local maltster- Root Shoot Malting Group based in Loveland, CO. Bready malt flavors accompanied by a crispy clean finish are reminiscent of a fresh German lager, and goes down just as easily! Brew local, drink local!

This double India Pale Ale caters more to the fruit flavors of the hops, rather then the citrus notes. While you will still get a hint of citrus, it is the gooseberries, melon, and tropical fruit notes that make this beer unique and dank. Dawn of the Dank is brewed with thirteen hop additions using nine varieties of hops, including Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin that are ​dry hopped for three weeks.

Dry-hopped kettle sour

Full dry with a sophisticated and elegant floral aroma that captures the essence of an orchard. Delicious with roast pork garlic & sage, chilli con carne, rogan josh, Red Leicester and White Stilton.

Double dry hopped IPA featuring hefty amounts of Galaxy, Amarillo and FF hops.

As an emergent style, New England IPAs utilize hops that impart a tropical, juicy sweetness rather than the green, dank notes that can come from classic bittering hops. These hazy brews maintain a creaminess all their own. This brew includes POG, or passion fruit, orange and guava, and was originally invented by Mary Soon in Maui in 1971. The 5280 Lager by Resolute was made exclusively for 5280 Burger Bar. The easy drinking pilsner lager is handcrafted entirely with locally sourced Colorado ingredients. 5280 Lager is clean and crisp with a pleasantly dry finish

This Resolute English Pale Ale has low bitterness and everything you come to expect with an English Pale Ale except none of that. We used American hops and blew the whole thing up. This deconstructed English Pale uses English yeast, American hops and a bunch of love! Done in collaberation with Fan Daught.

A moderate-strength traditional style Porter with a restrained roasty character and bitterness. The Resolute Porter has a subtally robust profile of chocolate, coffee, caramel and a roasted malty presence. The Resolute Porter pours silky black with a creamy tan head.

New England Style IPA.

We have added natural raspberry flavor to our UFO Hefeweizen to create this beer. Consistent with the hefeweizen style, this beer is unfiltered and cloudy with a solid foamy head. UFO Raspberry has a distinctive, hazy rose color. The scent of fresh raspberries hits the nose immediately, along with a subtle bready aroma from the wheat and yeast. The body is light and the unfiltered yeast provides a soft mouthfeel. The taste of the fruit compliments the beer nicely, neither overwhelms the other. There is a faint sweetness on the palate, which finishes cleanly in a semi-dry, tart finish.

Everyone’s got a favorite year. Maybe it’s the year you fell in love, or you finally beat your dad at croquet (that cheater). Maybe you mastered the didgeridoo or conquered your aversion to shell peas. For us, it’s 1967, the year that Oregon boldly decided our beaches must belong to everyone. We know - literally awesome. We just had to toast that populist spirit, so we created this delicious, freewheeling namesake. It’s an easy drinker, clean, crisp, and enjoyed by pretty much everyone. Just like our beaches.

We steal with any and all things that possess the one value that we hold most dear: authenticity. The important thing of course is that ‘It’s not where you take things from – it’s where you take them to.’ So, what are we saying about this beer, exactly? We gave it our take. We took all there is to love about the IPA, got creative, dry-hopped it a lot, left it unfiltered and shared it openly in the hopes that in some way it may, in turn, inspire you. A collaboration with the sweet dudes of Pen Druid. A saison gently hopped with Saaz, Strisselspalt, and Hallertau Blanc. Notes of herbal nightshades, candied sugar, unripe stonefruit, and vanilla; finishes very dry, with a light acidity.

An arquebus was a primitive firearm which came into use in the 15th Century, and was a predecessor to the musket and rifle. A smoothbore with a flared muzzle, similar but more refined and accurate than its predecessor the Blunderbuss (ah, there’s the thematic association, Blunderbuss being our winter barleywine…)
