It has ebony color, with toned reflections of friars. The nose is intense, with roasting notes, soy sauce, moka coffee, tobacco, a balsamic hint and a memory of tropical fruit. In the mouth is soft, enveloping, with a powerful note of licorice and caramelized sugar, accompanied by a hint of mint and a reminder of cocoa beans. Despite the structure, the balsamic vein makes it fairly fresh, relieving relatively the drink. In the final the hopping gives a bitter bitterness, very herbaceous. Dedicated to "dark" lovers, it is capable of aging.
