We took a classic English porter recipe, boosted up the chocolate malt and flavor, then added big aroma's of peanut butter and chocolate with layers of chocolate overtones all tied together with a slightly roasty & bitter finish. This will not last long so enjoy whle it's here!

Black Dog Brewery, Hopped Golden Ale, is an interpretation of the Belgian/French farmhouse ale style saison. Black Dog Brewery have taken a different approach utilising their very own estate grown cascade hops as a majority of the brew, and some locally grown topaz from the Roman hop gardens in Carboor. It’s a fusion of flavours from funky yeast esters and punchy citrus, spicy and fruity hops on the nose, and light biscuity malt balanced out by the tart, dry and slightly bitter finish. Expect a lively carbonation in this brew!

Prost Märzen is a deep orange, malty lager. Originally, it was brewed in March (Maerz). In the days before refrigeration, this was the last month to brew before the weather was too warm. Later, the Oktoberfest celebration was the perfect event to drink the last of the Maerz beer and start brewing again. Starting in the 1970’s the Munich brewers started making paler versions of the Oktoberfest biers. The beer now is a kicked up Helles bier brewed to a slightly higher gravity. At Prost we make a more traditional Märzenbier. Our Märzenbier is orange in color, with a rich malt profile from the abundant use of Vienna and Munich malts.

Inspired by everyone’s favorite brunch drink, Sangriaveza is a barrel-aged sour beer with more personality than it knows what to do with. We aged blackberries, raspberries, cherries and merlot grapes separately in a mix of red and blonde base beer barrels, before creating the perfect blend. The result explodes with deep red fruit flavor and tannic notes, combined with light barrel-aged funk to make something special. Pair with seafood paella, dark chocolate desserts and siestas.

Wardance is a unique and drinkable American Pale Ale, inspired by the thrash metal band Anthrax and brewed by Butternuts Beer. Their music isn’t watered down and neither is this beer. It’s medium-bodied and amber-colored, with rich foam and a bit of bitterness at the end. Like all great things, Anthrax and Wardance are both made in NY. Take a swig –it’s so smooth it’ll leave you begging for an encore.

At Wicked Weed we have over 250 wine, bourbon and rum barrels full of aging beer. After brewing this 9.7% alcohol authentically Belgian ale we felt it needed an American touch, so we aged the beer in Kentucky Bourbon barrels for four months. This created a confluence of big American flavor and silky smooth Belgian aromas.

A beautifully balanced cider infused with Fijian ginger and lively lemongrass. Spicy ginger and zesty lemongrass elevate the crisp apples used in this vibrant cider. Enjoy Gingergrass on its own, or pair with pad thai, ramen, ceviche, or your best friend. You wont be disappointed.
